The guy who works Thursday nights is named Brock. He is an amazing guy. More than once I go to order dinner on Thursday and he happens to be there. He greets customers with his great style and his wonderful smile. He is very clean. He washes his hands every time he serves an order to a customer and wears new gloves. He is the most amazing employee I have ever dealt with at a Subways store ♥️

After having a bed experience at the other Subway in Burnsville we decided to go over to the subway. We go in it wasn't very welcoming the staff employees were semi good they made the sandwiches great but then we sat down to eat and we all had steak and cheese we tried the steak and a steak tasted like it had been refrigerated and warmed up again. Brought it back to the counter the employee remade it I. bit into it again and it tasted the same

This location usually isn’t too bad but it seems they have made changes for the worst. The customer service today was awful, the lady preparing the meat/cheese section was uncomfortably rude and crabby. She wasn’t nice to a single customer ahead of me in line or myself, she didn’t smile once or even greet anyone, and wasn’t even listening to people as they had to repeat themselves about 3 times per item. Not the best face to walk in to a store with. I felt uncomfortable even having to tell her my order. A smile or a simple hello goes a long way. The flatbread I received was paper thin and the meat covered about a quarter of the already tiny sandwich. Very bad experience this go around! I will say the only good thing was the cashier was very nice and friendly, he should teach the rest of the staff about customer service.
i came in at 5:23 on friday may 31st and i did not catch bros name but whoever was working gave me the smoothest subway experience i’ve ever had. left w my sub in 3 mins. thank you dude

My food was delivered by a food service provider, but my food was absolutely not prepared as ordered and when I called the store to discuss and possibly rectify the situation, I never received an answer because they refused to even pick up the telephone! I guess that's one way to not have to deal with not doing your job. ?♀️. However now, I will no longer be ordering online from here, nor will I be going in-store to make any orders/purchases either!

Never order here online/in-app. I waited for 25mins on top of given 20mins after order placed for a sandwich. The owner prefers walk in than app/online which should be fine but if you order prior and plan to pick up they wont start preparing until there is no one in store. The churro is too hard to eat. Not going to order here again.
