My food was delivered by a food service provider, but my food was absolutely not prepared as ordered and when I called the store to discuss and possibly rectify the situation, I never received an answer because they refused to even pick up the telephone! I guess that's one way to not have to deal with not doing your job. ?‍♀️. However now, I will no longer be ordering online from here, nor will I be going in-store to make any orders/purchases either!

Never order here online/in-app. I waited for 25mins on top of given 20mins after order placed for a sandwich. The owner prefers walk in than app/online which should be fine but if you order prior and plan to pick up they wont start preparing until there is no one in store. The churro is too hard to eat. Not going to order here again.

I normally have really good experiences with this location but today I ordered through the app and when I got to the store they were very busy, they also didn’t have one of my items and substituted it for me which was fine, the issue happened when I got home, now I understand that they were busy but the quality of my sandwiches just isn’t there, they’re very squished to the point where they look about half the size as normal, and look to be missing about half the ingredients as well, I was hoping to be able to get a refund or something for my bad experience but they don’t give you any options to talk to anyone about your experience except for the website which ironically isn’t working every time I click on it, then I tried calling the store about 3 times and of course no one answers, if someone could get back to me about this issue that would be great

Never ordering from this place again. Always getting my mobile orders cancelled on me with no explanation at all. They are just terrible for not giving a good reason why they cancel my order. I'm never ordering from here again. Even takes them a while to give a refund. Worst place ever.

First of all, let me say I’ve been to this Subway several times and never had a bad experience, however today was a different story. The kid who made my sandwhich and checked me out actually sarcastically said “Thanks for the tip” and walked away after I didn’t leave one. Since when am I required to leave a tip for making a sandwich? Tipping should never be expected in this kind of restaurant and who says that to their repeat customer! The manager at this location needs to teach their employees customer service skills and NOT to be rude to paying customers! Unfortunately they lost my business because I refuse to be treated that way.

Date of Visit: 11.14.2023 - Fairly standard Subway experience. Ordered online, picked up to take home. Only one associate working as per usual with Subways across the TC metro. Got some of our sandwiches wrong but hey they tried.

CROSS CONTAMINATION!! Absolutely disgusting! Stopped by here tonight and the young girl working used her gloves to touch everything and then made a gentleman in front of me sandwich. She used the same gloves. Used her FINGERS to grab the meatballs to put on his sandwich. No spoon! And then used the same sauce covered gloves and grabbed the cheese! So gross! Health inspectors should make a stop here. Ew

Best workers- so friendly! I feel like I am at a sit down restaurant by the amount of attention I get! My subs are always made correct and very near. Clean place- my favorite subway hands down!!!

$12 for a tuna wrap and there is no half size and it's extra for the drink and cookies. I don't know how this place stays open. I have to go back to Taco Bell for $5 meal comes with a free drink and a dessert. Offers three meat items or Bean.
