Christy, maybe, Krissy. She is a gift to this location. I had mixed emotions. I live a good Subway, but this location has struggled with their "sandwich artists" until now. Christy is the best thing that could have happened to this location. She cares! She made the most wonderful sandwich, with care and consideration. She was extremely cleanliness conscious and made the best sandwich I have ever had at Subway.Employer!! Do whatever you have to do to keep her. She's a make or break deal for our family.

I haven’t been to subway in a long time and will not be returning. There was one very untrained person working by herself and didn’t understand the menu nor how to make sandwiches. It took way too long to make the sandwiches and they were made so wrong we could only correct her so much then gave up just to speed things up. They were sandwiches from their menu so not sure what was confusing about it. I had to re-assemble and re-heat our sandwiches once we got home.

Haven’t been to Subway in years and based on how it went this time I probably won’t again. Both times I tried placing an order it got cancelled with no explanation. What’s the point of having hours saying open until 9pm, but be closed by 7:30pm? Ridiculous.

Today we tried to cisit subway in burnsville..Door say open at 8am. 934 am they are still not open. A staff member did open the door as i am typing this to let us know it will be another 30minuter.Another customer drove up and asked us they were open and we had to inform them no..Very upsetting. And what gets me…. The door and online states opens at 8am.. not after 10am. I would understand if a letter was put up. We open at 10am or something but their was nothing..Not wheelchair accessible.

Ordered Supreme Meats and Ultimate BMT using the app. When I got home instead of 4 meats in the sandwiches there were only 2. Very disappointed.

I ordered for pick up at 7:58pm, it said it would be ready at 8:15pm. Not knowing they closed at 8:00pm, I arrived at 8:15pm and the doors were locked. I then called the store and some bearded guy answered and told me to call the next morning in order to get my refund. This is HIGHLY unacceptable. They should just be able to cancel it, it shouldnt be on me to cancel it if the website said it would be ready. OR they should just make the order since the store was technically still open when i ordered it!!Played manager phone tag the next day, never got a phone call back and never got my refund. Terrible experience and money wasted for nothing.

I wish I would have caught the young ladies name, but she was the only one working and she had such a phenomenal attitude. Made conversation with EVERYONE that was standing in line even though none of us were together, and there was at least 6 people waiting in line. She was so fast, polite, and beyond amazing. This woman deserves a raise! Honestly was the most incredible food service I have ever experienced. Thank you for being such an amazing woman and hard worker! ❤ oh yeah, the food was good too ? but the customer service is what really blew it all out of the water :) thank you again !

Order placed online. When we arrive the Store employee says they were out of turkey, but the slice their meats now. And proceeded to explain that the morning person did not do their job. Has turkey on a slicer and then has to go back and hand slice turkey.... The sub was missing the extra cheese ordered and 2 slices of turkey were put on a turkey and cheese sub. See photos. The steak and cheese sub with extra steak was toasted and flattened missing the extra steak. I didn't know this was the place to go for rations. We have never been so disappointed in a subway. I look forward to hearing from corporate and management. 64.22 for rations...

Good food, But I suggest not ordering on the app if you're running late for something, because it doesn't always get the order right, like yesterday the meats didn't show up, they also ran out of Italian bread and Cucumbers, but it was still delicious, and the guy gave me 2 free cookies cause of it.
