1/9/25 Dude was too busy hitting on my girlfriend to get our orders right, all 3 sandwiches were made incorrectly. Wrong cheese, not toasted. There were no other customers to distract

I walked in today and was instantly greeted by Alexander, he helped me pick out a new sub that I never heard of. The recommendation lead to conversation which revealed that he’s a remarkably kind and passionate person.
He proceeded to forge the most beautiful, mouth watering, nuanced, thoughtful, and immaculate sub sandwich that I’ve ever seen come from a subway. I don’t frequently eat at subway, but because of Alex, that has changed today. Thank you for the amazing sub, and the excellent service.
Why even have a drive thru if it’s always going to be closed? Got charged for something I did not purchase as well.

I was so disappointed with how my sandwich looked when I opened it up. I ordered an All American Club, which has turkey, ham, and bacon layered. The turkey was all on one side of my sandwich, and the ham was on the other. They didn’t fold it like normal, and one of the very ends of my sandwich had no meat. The sandwich wasn’t cut in half and it was so messy. Such a bummer.

Showed up at 9:00pm and saw 2 workers standing behind the counter wearing headsets. We went to order through the drive through, which is open until 10:00pm, but we got no response through the speaker. The two workers saw us pull up but just stood behind the counter ignoring us. Update your hours to say you close at 9:00pm if you’re not going to actually be open until 10:00pm

Upsetting experience, my husband and I stopped in to get a sandwich for myself and my son. When my husband and I approached the counter the fellow behind the counter said just a minute, we said no problem take your time “we could see he was getting a order ready for Uber eats” we waited, patiently chatted amongst each other. After about 10 mins I started to Oder my sandwich with rotisserie chicken and bacon, I asked if the employee could cook the bacon separately and not on the sandwich because I’d like my bacon a little bit crispier would that be possible? The guy making the sandwich threw the bacon off the sandwich and said slightly under his breath “I don’t need you coming in here telling me how to make a sandwich” I said pardon? He repeated I don’t need you coming in here telling me how to do my job! My husband was standing by the fountain drinks and came over to me and asked what the guy had said! I don’t want to make a fuss so I said I’m not sure no big deal, my husband could see that I was a little shaken and proceeded to ask the guy what did you say to my wife, the guy had no problem repeating, but this time swore and said I don’t need her coming in here telling me how to do my damn job I know how to make an F-ing sandwich. At this point the other employee that was there came out never said a word, and completely ignored us like he didn’t hear anything that was going on. My husband told the guy making my sandwich to go to hell and we left and we went to a different subway today. We tried calling that location to speak with a manager, unfortunately they keep their phone on fax so when you call all it does is beep in your ear. Very disappointing shaky interaction.

I tried to order online and it said my payment didn't go through but it showed it went through on my online bank account. I went into the store and they told me it never showed up on their computer. I asked what I should do and the guy working told me he wasn't an IT guy and turned around and he and the other worker started making the other online orders ignoring me. After quite a few minutes I asked if I could order my food again, and pay in cash, and if it didn't come off of my bank account if they could reimburse me. He said I'd have to deal with it myself and my bank. I said, "Ok, can you please make my food, I've been here for 23 minutes now." He then told me in a very sarcastic voice "Well I've been here for HOURS." I said, "That's your answer to me?"He nodded and I left without any food. I can't believe how rude and unhelpful this staff was. I'll never go to this location again.

I ordered lunch to be delivered for my wife and I and I mistakenly entered the incorrect delivery address. I attempted to call the restaurant to get it fixed or to notify the DoorDash before they attempted delivery and they do not answer their phone at all. It just continues to ring and ring.

Went there Sunday afternoon. The female employee literally ignored me while I was standing right in front of her (I was the only customer). After a few minutes of awkward silence, she finally goes “Do you need something?” like I wasn’t supposed to be there.
Also the sandwich was pathetic.
