Love the ingredients and doesn't have a fishy taste.Second, the atmosphere was fine. Cozy and vibrant colors. The music/radio is at a good level.Lastly, the service was a huge let down. Didn't know if we needed to wait to be seated or just sit. There was a language barrier with the older lady but we got our order in. The worst part was after 40mins someone different came to our table and asked if we had ordered. So that led me to believe that older lady forgot our order. They also forgot my hot tea and brought it out after we ate.I hate to see local businesses struggle. So I hope they make it. I'll come back if some friends want to try it or for maybe a lunch rush instead of dinner.SIDE NOTE: they ONLY have a sushi menu!The menu online / on their site is WRONG.

My husband and I finally decided to try this place after driving by it often. My husband loves sushi - me, not at all, but I noticed their online menu offered other items as well (lettuce wraps, donburi). Walked in the restaurant and stood at the hostess counter. There was only one other party dining and no one came to seat us so we finally just took a seat on our own.The restaurant seemed fairly clean but there was an overwhelmingly odd smell - like vinegar or something. Not sure what it was, just odd. We waited for several minutes before we were brought waters and menus. To my surprise the whole menu was just sushi and poke bowls. No lettuce wraps. No donburi. We again wait several more minutes before we were checked on for what we wanted to order. I'm not one to create conflict so I didn't question where the non-sushi items were and ordered an orange chicken roll as it had no fish. Plus it seemed like we may have had a language barrier with our server. We also were never offered any other drinks, nor do I recall seeing drinks on the menu. The other diners only had water. We also watched another couple come in, sit down and wait, get their waters and menus, and then walk out minutes later. Maybe they too were disappointed by the sushi and poke only menu.Anyways, when the food did come it certainly looked great. I can't speak to the fish sushi but it certainly looked fresh and well presented. My husband said it tasted "okay". I ate the inner parts of my orange chicken roll - which was cut up panko breaded chicken and a piece of red pepper covered in orange chicken sauce - the chicken was very crispy and tasty. I would have loved to have had it in a non sushi type application.My husband and I agree - I don't think we'd go back. The service was lacking and the food was just alright. We have other and (in my opinion) better choices for Japanese and sushi in the area as well.

My 13 year old and I each had the I Love Lucy sushi roll and they were amazing!!! I would definitely get it again. The waitress was also very attentive. It looked like they had a toy corner for kids. Oh and don't miss the miniature dollhouse sized diner display to the left when you walk in!

Fresh sushi and at an amazing price! I would definitely recommend this place 10/10! You can substitute the seaweed wrap for soy wrap for those who don’t like the strong taste!

Terrible experience! Came in for lunch. Two tables already dining and one waiting to receive their placed order. Waited well over five minutes before drink order was taken. Had a few questions regarding the menu and the drink options. Lady was uninterested in answering our questions. Left to go check on the answer, but never consulted with anyone. Prepped a waiting food order, greeted the next guest, seated him and went back to take his order. We left, won't return.

Went for lunch and ordered three rolls. Waitress didn't write it down, just went by memory. 1 roll was wrong when we got them. She argued that I ordered this roll. Said we didn't want it. Could hear her telling coworker that I ordered that roll. Very rude. After I paid she just walked away. No receipt, no nothing. I will never be back and I'll make sure all my friends know about my experience!
Not the fanciest looking place, but food is good. Make sure if you order any of the sushi with the "screaming Thai spicy sauce" that you tell them you DO want them to put it on. I ordered the special spicy premium roll and thought it was disappointing, then I realized they didn't put the spicy sauce on. I asked about it and they laughed and said they didn't put it on because they thought I'd think it was too spicy...kinda rude, jeez (Ps, it was less spicy than sriracha sauce) So I guess if you're a white chick, you need to insist you like spicy food.

I wanted to like this place but couldn't. The food has potential but front of house is atrocious. First time, I ordered through GrubHub and the coconut soup and pad Thai were amazing. When we tried ordering take out, the man taking the order took a solid awkward minute finding the orange chicken entree to add it to my order. Then I was told they were out of glass noodles, and when I tried to change my order to shrimp fried rice they were out of shrimp. I said I probably won't get anything then and was pressured multiple times to still buy the orange chicken with the man audibly groaning and complaining. I ended up having to hang up because we weren't getting anywhere. The next day my wife and I decided to stop by and place our order in the restaurant and were just as disappointed. After placing an order for a special rainbow roll (12.99) I was told to pick a meat, I chose yellowtail which I didn't know was 1.99 extra. When I asked to change it to tuna the man groaned outloud (just like on the phone) told me he cannot change it and started asking the other workers how to change the order to the point where I said it's fine just leave it as is. We were told it would be 10 minutes so we ran to cub foods and back. When my wife went to pick up the order he walked past her twice serving other people at tables until he finally asked how he could help. After she said she was picking up the order, the man didn't remember that we had already paid and questioned her about it. The chicken donburri and rainbow roll we ordered cost just under $30 with a 4 dollar tip, recieved no sushi condiments, utensils or napkins. The sushi wasn't a rainbow roll like I ordered and my wife's chicken was extremely dry and old tasting but the rice was delicious. Everything considered the place has potential food wise but they need to step up their professionalism and quality control for me to consider spending my hard earned $ here.Edit: when I called in to tell them my sushi order was incorrect, he said he talked to the manager and the response was "I don't know". When I mentioned how the service hasn't been acceptable he told me it's because they're "really busy". Whoever owns this place please hire someone more professional to represent your company

The food was great here. I wanted the ramen but they were out of it by 3:30. I got the chicken poke bowl and I loved it. Pineapple fried rice was really good too. I will definitely be returning soon!
