Did an online order and removed tomatoes from the meal because my son is allergic to them, while it’s not a terrible enough allergy to stop breathing it’s still one that causes a rash they of course left them on. If someone removes something from an item it’s because they don’t want it on there. Why is it OK to just not follow a customers request? Thankfully they are easy to remove and them touching things isn’t a big deal but damn, we didn’t want them in there, took the time to remove them from the order. Why go out of your way to put them on? Also, everyone who works there looks miserable

As a District Manager myself- my visit was fairly unpleasant. Manager is sitting in the lobby doing what appears to be a schedule, you have another employee (I’m assuming off the clock and off day) standing in the lobby talking to staff swearing, gets on the phone, and starts telling someone to shut up while swearing. The manager doesn’t say anything just lets it happen. Even- even if it’s my employees off day- I refuse for them to stand in front of guest being disrespectful and rude. This is a direct reflection of management and how they let staff run the store. Then to hear the manager ask if she was still yelling at him and she says yes and he response with “yeah I struggle with that.” And let’s her continue. Swearing and disrespect towards staff or management is 1000% unacceptable- especially with guest in the lobby. The food- cold but that’s not the important part here. Fix this store and the management at this location. Unbelievable that this was accepted.

Worst service I’ve ever ran into. Was missing an item and staff was incredibly rude about it and kept arguing they didn’t forget putting it in the bag. After he was proved wrong…I finally got what I paid for 10 mins later. Whoever is managing this location…do better.

If I order on the mobile app too early for the drive thru, my food is made immediately and is cold when I pick it up, but if I order it right before I pull into the drive thru, I'm berated by the drive thru staff.

In all the years of eating at Taco Bell we have NEVER been ignored like we were at the Taco Bell location on Nicollet Ave in Burnsville, Mn!! We stood at the counter for 4-6 minutes waiting for someone to help with a question! There were 6-7 people working, a couple of them looked at us but ignored us! We finally left and went to the Taco Bell in Savage, MN where we were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in! The manager helped us with our question and the food was great!! Do not go to the Nicollet Ave location in Burnsville, MN if you want good service with a smile!!!!!

This drive through sucks!! There new AI drive threw is dumb, I got a 5$ box and asked them to switch out the hard shell taco for a soft shell, and them to take the sour cream and beans off of my burrito. For there new AI drive threw to mess it up. Also forgot my nacho sauce for my nacho fry’s. Tacobell get ride of this right now. NOT THE WORKERS FAULT, ITS THERE AI DROVE THREW.

$25 dinner for two people. Ordered on the app to not wait.

Only car in line. Waited over 10 minutes for food. Leave. Missing 1/4 of order. Go back inside, wait 10 minutes. Meal completed.

Typically a good place. Usually fast and correct. Every now and then I get a stale shell or they forget the fire sauce. But usually a decent place to grab food. The automated drive thru is annoying tho.

I want to like this location but my order consistently comes up missing something. On my last visit I drove off unknowingly with someone else's order. Staff are pleasant but not reliable filling the orders. 🤦‍♀️
