We went to the restaurant at 11:30. The restaurant was mostly deserted and yet, nobody acknowledge us until 11:38. We were told they are only serving drinks at this time. What’s odd-I can order delivery until midnight. We were really anticipating going to dinner after our concert and this was a major bummer.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING service and food today, October 21. 2024. My friend had a birthday today and arrived alone bc I was out of town. I gave him a gift card to use. Paul and staff sang Happy Birthday to him, and visited with him so he wasn't alone after all. I had called to let the staff know he was coming and asked for them to sing Happy Birthday. I have said for many years if you want good food and service head to this Fridays. My friend turned 79 and was so moved he almost started crying to be treated like royalty. Spend your money at this restaurant. Keep coming back. Bring your friends. I called and thanked them bc my friend had lost his wife of 56 years a couple years ago. Thank you Paul!!!!! Fabulous.

Not bad. The ribs were tasty and the service was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at TGI Burnsville! Paul (and the rest of the staff) were so friendly, efficient, and provided true old school customer service. The food was prepared to our liking without having to feel like we were inconveniencing their kitchen staff. It was refreshing to interact with food service workers that did NOT make us feel obligated to tip them just because they showed up for work on a given day. They really did demonstrate true "MN Nice"! We look forward to our next visit to TGI Burnsville next summer. PS. Sure wish they would open a TGI Friday's in Phx AZ!
