I love that they have vegan waffles, and the owner brought out a pup cup for my dog which was very nice. Dog friendly patio area.

Wasted 2 hours on food just to find out that our order was “closed”. And there was a supposed electrical problem so there was no espresso machine and the staff didn’t seem to care about fixing any issues.
Never go here!!!

Just a little tiny diner with a bunch of different coffee options, huge list of stuffed waffles: from sweet to fruit to savory, and there are vegan options also. I just went on yelp to look for a local breakfast diner, and this one looked cozy. The young ladies were extremely friendly and helpful!

This is the first time we did take out, and the waffles are amazing reheated in the air fryer! It’s also wonderful eating them in the restaurant! I just love that they have a whole menu for vegan waffles with so many different choices.

Waited 30+ minutes for two vegan waffles. They were raw on the inside. Harsh and bitter americano.

The Buzz is a fun breakfast and coffee spot with a massive waffle menu — everything from savory to sweet, plus full vegan and gluten-free options. The waffles themselves are solid and it’s fun to have so many choices. Breakfast sandwiches are also a good pick.

The coffee is decent, though not especially memorable, but they do have some creative signature drinks worth trying. Ordering can feel a little chaotic with so many options for both waffles and coffee, but overall it’s a unique spot if you’re in the mood for something different.

This place is so cute! Lots of seating options, breakfast all day, 130+ waffle choices! The two I saw looked incredible! Coffee was perfect!!

Came in for a bite and to get some work done. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating with great menu and prices. Would definitely come back here!

Usually a fam fave. Today was a bummer. I decided to go after 12 to avoid the rush and wait times(always worth the wait). We were the second table in the entire restaurant, so we were excited to get our waffles on. Staffing was great, over five people working so there’s no way we would wait. Score for us, or so we thought. My espresso was made immediately (always perfect), my son’s Latte was out 15 minutes later. I bought their last cinnamon roll to tide my son over until our waffles came- it was a brick. In fairness to the store, we were there at noon so it could’ve hardened from bake time. Nonetheless, after the latte was served and finished there was no sign of our waffles. The owner walked up to the cute family (and only other customers) and greeted them and thanked them for their business. I thought that was super sweet- until he just went back into the kitchen. What? I’d been waiting 45 minutes for a waffle- half hour since my son got his latte. If he, or anyone acknowledged us or our wait time this review would be the rave ones I always give the Buzz. Bummer. Waffles were still amazing but served 8 minutes apart.

So if you want amazing waffles and superb coffee and don’t mind waiting and having staggered serving times, check out the Buzz.

Great waffles and gluten free options

I ordered the Parent Trap waffle and an iced vanilla latte with whole milk. Both items were just fine. I wasn’t amazed by it. The atmosphere is small and it does get crowded later in the morning. It can be overwhelming to choose what to order as they also have sandwiches and such outside of the long list of waffle options. I’d give it a try if you really enjoy waffles though! There truly is something for everyone.

pictured is their vegan espresso waffle. HIGHLY RECCOMEND. they have any waffle you could ever imagine and their coffee is stellar as well. I always order online and it’s ready by my pickup time every single time. Great service and atmosphere inside as well!
