LOVED IT! I had the steak curry bowl and the rice was nicely cooked and the steak was so delicious. Would definitely eat here again.

GUYSSSS! They came out to Flats at Neill Park today and I’m thoroughly impressed! I love to eat and I got the Beef Tibsie! It was so good, full of flavor and I love the mix of sautéed veggies! I don’t know what sauce they used but I have a new spot I love to eat from! They have a new customer! Thanks again guys, LOVEEEE LOVEEEE THE FOOD!! Also my roommate got the Lamb tibsie which will be posted below and she says hers is a 10/10! No pictures of mine because i already started chowing down 😭😂😂!

The Cave Cafe is one of my new favorite trucks that I’ve had. The Boss Wrap is unbelievable! Chicken and gyro meat is a great combination and it works really well here. The chicken quesadilla has a generous amount of chicken and is grilled perfectly, a high quality quesadilla.
Cave Cafe was one of the highlights for me at the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. Everyone was so friendly too. Afro-Italian fusion makes for incredible tasting food. I need to keep track of this food truck in the future!
