GUYSSSS! They came out to Flats at Neill Park today and I’m thoroughly impressed! I love to eat and I got the Beef Tibsie! It was so good, full of flavor and I love the mix of sautéed veggies! I don’t know what sauce they used but I have a new spot I love to eat from! They have a new customer! Thanks again guys, LOVEEEE LOVEEEE THE FOOD!! Also my roommate got the Lamb tibsie which will be posted below and she says hers is a 10/10! No pictures of mine because i already started...
The Cave Cafe is one of my new favorite trucks that I’ve had. The Boss Wrap is unbelievable! Chicken and gyro meat is a great combination and it works really well here. The chicken quesadilla has a generous amount of chicken and is grilled perfectly, a high quality quesadilla.
Cave Cafe was one of the highlights for me at the Twin Cities Jazz Festival. Everyone was so friendly too. Afro-Italian fusion makes for incredible tasting food. I need to keep track of this food truck...
