So I got milk tea with the black boba balls my first time ever trying it my bf is asain and drinks it 24/7 it literally tasted like cologne. The balls and tea and my bf agreed he apologized and we just tossed it.

I will never be coming back to this location again. Management either needs to retrain their staff or (preferably) fire their staff. My family and I came in today at 6:50pm and the three staff members working at that time were completely incompetent. Even when remaking my drink that they messed up to begin with, they still couldn’t get it right the second time. I used to love coming here but the utter lack of care and integrity of this company and this specific location, has never been worse. It was great while it lasted Tiicup.

Boba is great, but the staff and environment is terrible. Just a bunch of teens giving their friends free drinks and laughing making jokes instead of your drink. Terrible terrible service unfortunately the other locations blow this one out of the water. Hopefully the manager and or owner see this and makes some changes. Family loves getting bubble tea from this location and other locations. Their menu also has a really good variety of drinks and sweet desserts to try! The only con is the staff is starting to get questionable throughout the years as they tend to flirt more with each other rather than focusing on getting customers their orders whether physical or online ,especially when they are busy. Otherwise it’s a good place to get a quick boba drink to go !

This is my go-to place to take my friends, or if I just want a pick-me-up. There is a huge variety of drinks, some of which I can't find anywhere else, and nice seating to chill out for as long as you'd like.

I will never go here again. They lied to me that my oolong tea order was still brewing, but their manager finally confessed that the brewing tea cup was broken after over 15 minutes of waiting. My other drinks which I had already paid for in the store were already melting. So, I had to refund 2 drinks but I was nice to allow the girls to keep the 20% tips I had given them. The first girl told me 3-5 minutes still brewing. The second girl told me 6-10 minutes, but the whole entire time the manager knew they had an issue with the brewing machine and did not speak a word until I asked for a refund. Extremely slow service and the waiting area is disgusting with flies flying everywhere at this Burnsville, MN branch. Yuck!
