My daughter ordered a drink around 8pm , there was no customers in the store beside my daughter and 3 workers.. she sat in the store and waited for 20min .. The workers dont even care to give her the drink after they done instead they put the drink on the bottom shelf and dont care why my daughter was sitting in the store.. finaly I came in and asked for the drink and their replied was why didnt she come up and ask for her drink.. horrible customer services.. they dont care about us and not respecting the customer why should we care about them ? dont go to Tii Cup.. they got horrible, horrile customers services

This may have been the worst boba shop experience ever. It took over 25 minutes for me to get my drink after seeing customers who came in after me get theirs almost right away. It’s common practice for them to place the drinks on the counter once they’re done, but it wasn’t until I spoke up that they gave me my drink, which was made after all the other customers left and sat there behind the counter for 5 minutes. Not only did they never tell me it was done, but they had the audacity to blame me for never asking even though I shouldn’t have to ask to receive my own drink. I love Tii Cup, but this location needs to work on hiring the right people.

Our order came out choxk-full of yummy goodness--no qualms about the quality, product,or price. When we visited they seemed like they were slightly understaffed or had miscalculated stock, or had keywd in some orders wrong or something because the wait times seemed longer than usual based on how little foot traffic there was, and we overheard the staff talking about something relating to maybe/maybe not having run out of a specific add-in on at least one of the orders that took at least two people to sort out.

Tii cup is a good place to go if you want to get boba to go. The interior decor is a little sparse, but the drinks are good, and the bubble waffles are so much fun! There is seating both indoors and outdoors.
