Customer service sucks!! The employees barely talk to you. They don’t greet you when you walk in. Now that there’s tablets to order, it’s like they don’t put in any effort. It’s just poor customer service all around.

don’t come here unless you want to spend 20 minutes waiting for them to take your order. the employees here will just look at you waiting while they’re walking around doing nothing or on their phones. I was waiting in line behind a man who didn’t know whether to order from the kiosk or wait for someone to take his order since it was his first time and said he has been waiting for for over 10 minutes. meanwhile there’s 3 groups of people waiting for their drinks to be made and no drinks were being made since they were too busy fidgeting with the music. so I left without a drink of course

I have been going to this location for years the workers have always been respectful and nice. Saturday July 19 I came around 5 pm, there were 2 girls and they were making fun of people looking at each other and laughing and making fun of people that were there. Very disappointed.

The experience was just mediocre. The space was large, but there were three workers in front and a few more in the back chatting, which made the service incredibly slow. Despite being the only customer, it took well over 10 minutes to get my order. You have to place your order at a tablet, even though there are workers just standing around. I ordered their special watermelon icy and asked for lychee popping pearls, but they didn’t include them. I'm fairly certain that the watermelon drink was just blended watermelon and ice.

Love this place!! Been going here for years. The employees are really nice the place itself is really nice. My all the time order is chocolate mint snow with extra boba (make sure they get that chocolate all over the cup) 😝

Yesterday I bought 3 cups of milk tea and they made 2 of them wrong. I told them these 2 cups were not right. They brought it back and put something in the old 2 cups. I brought it home for 30 minutes for my daughter but she couldn't drink it.

Came in around 2:30pm. Kinda busy about 5-6 people still waiting on their orders before me and my son. Only one staff working, so we decide to order from kiosk but was unsuccessful due to poor internet connection, however, they were still able to receive online order tickets??? STRANGE ENOUGH TO ME?!
Anyways, so we went back to wait in line for the staff to help us but she was just so backed up orders that I decided to leave. Omg! I feel so bad for young lady that was left to work by herself!! @tiicup IS THIS HOW YOU OPERATE BUSINESS??!!! HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE??!!
So I got milk tea with the black boba balls my first time ever trying it my bf is asain and drinks it 24/7 it literally tasted like cologne. The balls and tea and my bf agreed he apologized and we just tossed it.

I will never be coming back to this location again. Management either needs to retrain their staff or (preferably) fire their staff. My family and I came in today at 6:50pm and the three staff members working at that time were completely incompetent. Even when remaking my drink that they messed up to begin with, they still couldn’t get it right the second time. I used to love coming here but the utter lack of care and integrity of this company and this specific location, has never been worse. It was great while it lasted Tiicup.
