Always a fast load & unload
Great warehouse
Quick loading easy back from street
Nice people
Fast and easy to check in and unload, plenty room for door docking, but you have to back in from the street.
Does not maintain proper equipment functionality allowing for a quick, reliable death when slaughtering spent hens. Some birds make it through the process still alive, and are fully aware when dropped into scalding hot, boiling water meant to quickly loosen the feathers. These birds are known as "red birds", named after the color of their flesh due to their still beating hearts pumping blood to the skins surface when they are dipped alive into the boiling hot water. Instead of fixing the process, as the FDA requires, they simply dispose of the birds before anyone notices them and can tally them up. All in the name of corporate greed, profits and the almighty dollar. Boycott Butterfield foods.
Quick to unload. People seem friendly.
How could this possibly be happening: former egg-laying hens near the end of their producing days are ripped out of transport crates, roughly hung upside down by their feet and many are submerged in scalding water while fully conscious.
