Amazing place to stop at! I always travel through Byron going to and from school and make it a necessity to stop! They have so many tea recipes and shakes! I personally have only gotten the teas and they are so unique and very good! Amazing staff always super friendly. And the owner Cindy is always smiling and very thankful for your business! One of my favorite teas is the “Twisted Sisters” tea!
Healthy Start has a large variety of shakes and I enjoy adding the lava to the shakes for added flavor:) I have been enjoying the shakes even when I don’t feel good and nauseated, they have helped keep me going. The teas are great as well for some added energy.
Cindy is super energetic & this place is hopping. If you are looking to get some good nutrition & energy in your life, this is the place to be! Prices are reasonable & the shake & tea were delicious!
