The past few times we’ve went to this location we’ve had a terrible experience. Given the wrong order, received cold food, and have had nothing but rude employees/managers. Don’t waste your time going here. Absolutely ridiculous.

Honestly I'd have given 5 stars but let's be real it's mcdonalds. You get what you'd expect. Fast food with little socal interaction. The foods good and my order was made correctly. That's more then I can say about the kasson burger King ever.

this is one of the worst McDonalds in the area. its very slow all the time and all of the workers are mean. A manger with brown hair was very rude when I said all my food was cold.

The facility was nice & clean but the Burger & fish sandwich were not very good; my burger tasted over cooked & my wife's fish sandwich had very little mayonnaise as well as dry. Have had better at other McDonalds restaurants.

Me and my family ordered through the mobile app for drive thru on a Saturday morning. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes at the third window I received my order and drove off. I assumed since it took so long and it wasn’t very busy my order would be correct but the bag was full of all the wrong items. Nearly everything I had ordered was missing. I have called and emailed and got no response. Seems very unprofessional to me.
