I used the app to get the 99 cent iced coffee. I like the large sugar-free iced vanilla. Delicious, and what a deal! I like just pulling into a numbered parking spot and getting my order delivered to me. It's so convenient to not have to go through the drive-thru or to not go inside.

Things are always forgotten, orders made wrong, always a long wait, employees are rude. Don’t go to the right speaker, they’ll always do the people on the left speaker first. I was there first and two people on the left speaker were helped before me and even after all the people were helped I had to ask to be helped. This happens a lot.

They forgot my food. I waited 13 minutes before asking for it, and they gaslit me stating they called my name and threw it out because I didn’t answer. First of all, he wasn’t calling anyone’s numbers very loud, so I stuck to the counter. Second, it wasn’t very busy, no way I missed my number.
Maybe they were distracted by the District Manager being in there with her kids (I knew her position because she was making her rounds with a baby on her hip, to customers sitting down and proclaiming it’s the only company she’s ever worked for and how much she loves it).

I never leave reviews but the last 5 times I've gone they've got my order wrong. I've never been to a restaurant anywhere in the country where they get it this consistently wrong. This is one of the worst McDonald's in the entire area.

The lobby was gross and nasty. They would not give me a warter cup. Even though I bought something they refused to give me a cup of water?? The manger was accusing me of wanting to take soda, when all I wanted was a water. The food is very expensive and they won’t even give you water. Also the manger was very mean. The food was super cold. No one knew English. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The fries were way too salty today, and I like salty fries. The burger was just a mess and tasted bland. The service was good. The manager was very friendly.
