Idk how these people are trained but I swear I haven't had a properly made sandwich in forever. I just had a guy slap together the sloppiest sandwich ever. Say a little bit and you get handfuls. Nothing was spread, nothing was built, its falling apart as I try to hold it. Spending 30 bucks for this is theft

Why did the hours change nobody is going to subway at 630 in the morning like come on. Also what happened to the old employees they were amazing. The newer people are ok but most of them seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I watched one put my sandwich together all weird and out of order and then when they were struggling there were 4 other employees there 2 of which came out to train and nobody helped him. Bad service for the customers and bad service for not being good to the employees. This was my favorite subway and now I’ll never come here again.

Five stars is kind of a misnomer. It’s actually four stars because the last thing I did as I was leaving was use the restroom and mentioned to staff afterwards that it needed attention. He said what did something happen? No, I replied. I just said the bathroom needed detention as in cleaning. He said they’re going to clean it on a regular schedule. But the rest of the restaurant was extremely clean. The food was fresh. They were training an employee at the time, but that did not slow down orders overall a great experience.

Showed up tonight and the employee said they were closed. It was 8:30pm. Store says it closes at 10pm. Maybe turn your lights off if your closed…..you lost several customers because of this plus probably more since it was a regional wrestling tournament.

I thought the two staff members assembled the sandwiches very well. Ingredients looked good. Stations were clean. One of the better subways I’ve been to.

Had an attitude and when they were about to cut the bread they squished it and everything fell apart. Also the bread is old and hard to chew

It is so much cheaper to just go to a restaurant and sit down and place an order even with a tip cheaper than Subway and better quality

They close at 8 but doors are locked at 7:15-7:30. When you are lucky enough to find it open during business hours they are so sloppy. Mishear what you say, don't fix it, get an attitude when you correct them. Save yourself some trouble, drive 5 more mins and go to kasson.

friendly staff, very patience and helpful. ony thing i see wrong is that the lettece was turning brown a little but it was toward end of day. other thing is have the employees tell customers that 1 slice of bacon is $1.00 before putting it on. thats crazy expensive.

The staff obviously doesn't get proper training.. I ordered a black forest ham footlong it came with 3 paper thin slices of meat at 7 pieces of peperjack cheese, not sure how that even happens! I won't be going there again to pay over 10 dollars for a bread and cheese sandwich. And 3 tomatoes and a pinch of lettuce. Disappointed to say the least
