Been out of the advertised blizzard of the month on 2 different occasions this month alone. Ice cream in the blizzards is always so soft it’s like every blizzard I do get is a “shake”. They need someone new on the ordering of product and maybe someone to look into why their soft serve is coming out as soup.

Popped into use a coupon for a peanut buster parfait. It was served up their timely manner and was delicious all the way

My daughter and I both got the same ice cream, they didn’t put barely any candy in my blizzard so I went back in to ask for a bit more and the line was long, they refused to make it right and said I’d need to wait and pay for extra candy for my blizzard. Bad customer service essentially. I went back in a second time to asked to buy more candy for my blizzard because I really hoped to eat it, but it was almost 5 dollars to add an spoon of cotton candy pieces to my blizzard so I gave it back to them and walked out because it was pretty much melted anyways.
