I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and asked for mayo and a tomato to be added, I recieved a hamburger that was dry, no tomato, mayo was barely on the burger mostly on the side of the wrapper. I feel like if they put more time into customer service in their preparation of the food things would be great. It was very disappointing. Its not the first time that I have received food that was sitting for along time, not made correctly, had something taken off a sandwhich that had been sitting their already and given to me whatever...figure it out. Done eating there.

I go through the drive-through almost every morning and get the same thing large vanilla iced coffee with extra vanilla most of the people there in the morning know my order as soon as I say it i even get greeted before I even get to the window! They charge me $.55 cents and this manager has the audacity to tell me she’s going to charge me more. She’s the only one that has a problem with it. Hello I’m the customer and I’ve been coming through almost every morning for the last year! I can even tell you how much it is with extra vanilla $3.82 this lady is also rude and disrespectful. If I ask for more vanilla creamer just do ur job as a manager and put more in it don’t need to give me an attitude and tell me I will be paying more! Not a happy camper this morning and I will be contacting the main manager of this store because this lady is out of line and it’s not the first time!

Placed my order. When I arrived at the window to pay. The person that was excepting the payment looked like he was growing hair. The coat he had on was so coated with cat/dog hair it looked like they slept on it at least a week or two. Lost my appetite. He was a very nice young man except for the hair.

This MacDonalds finally has some nice employees. We've had very bad experiences here, but isles getting better. We had service with a smile. The fries are always only 1/2 full. But still tase good. The fish us good but bad for you. I love the. Great frappas but super expensive. I'd recommend this mcdonald's to everyone.

50$ for 2 adults and 2 kids is getting spendy, it's cheap fast food not even real food just fake synthetic materials that pass as consumable I'm sure there making record profits but soon that'll change once people all realize the price is 80% from just a few years ago while inflation is only up 30% but can't knock a business for trying to max profits.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They literally look at me like I’m dumb when I ask for an ice water. I have classes over here and this is kind of where I’ve been going couple times a week and every time I ask for an ice water I get treated like I’m dumb and then today for instance I asked for a ice water instead of the pop that comes WITH my meal and I get told no because they can’t add it on Even though I’m paying for pop already with my meal?? you can’t put ice water in there instead?? I don’t like Dasani. I’ve said I don’t like the bottle water there. I’ll tell them that and they will still tell me no I just don’t under stand it’s just an ice water and if I’m buying a pop anyways, why can’t I get ice water.
I stopped by the McDonald's in Cambridge, MN to get a Sausage Biscuit and Med. OJ. When I got my sandwich, they put cheese on it and I specifically did not ask for cheese. Just 10 days prior to that, I had ordered a Sausage Egg Bagel Meal and ended up getting the Steak Egg Bagel. So, I had to drive 2 miles back just to get the order straighten out again. I have had 2 orders screwed up in 10 days, and this is getting absolutely unacceptable. The Drive Thru team needs to check to make sure that the orders are getting out correctly. Furthermore, they need to DO BETTER!!!

On Tuesday, December 10th 2024 my Worker & I walked in & I walked up to the counter. I saw a female worker looking in my direction & told her I'm still deciding go ahead & keep doing what ur'e doing. She didn't. She huffed over to me. No friendly greeting. No smile. Handed me the number & angrily said as she walked off I'll bring it to ur table. When she did, she dropped the tray of food on the table. Didn't take the number my Worker took it up there. I started eating my small fries & they tasted as if the oil hadn't been changed. I walked over to the counter with the small fries. The lady came over & angrily asked what did I want. I told her these fries taste rt & she got in my face & in an extremely angry voice said I gave u these fries 10 minutes ago & they were fresh. I'm not giving u another one. I confirmed with her that as a customer who is asking for fresh fries, ur'e denying her, is that rt? She put her head up in a snobbish way, not looking @ me & said that's rt. I went & sat down. Calming myself down from the treatment that I had received. This time, 2 wonderful young ladies both came around the corner, asked me what I want I told them the treatment I received & from whom & one of them said I'll get u fresh fries. As I was talking with the ladies the other female Worker took the fries from the vat & dumped them. Just as one of the ladies turned, she came over & dropped the small bag of fries in my hand. No, she didn't take the other fries. If those fries were from the fresh batch, I would have been burned. The fries she gave me weren't that hot. The time that the lady Worker took my order was 1:41pm. I've been to this McDonald's on several occasions & I've never been treated so badly. The two ladies that helped me did the right thing apologized for the horrible treatment & their hospitality was perfect. Also, I ordered the $5 McDouble meal & I got a regular burger. The only thing that was very good was the Medium Caramel Frappuccino.
