This is hands down the best street taco I've ever had. All of their meat is seasoned perfectly, cooked perfectly, and prepared perfectly. It's tender without being soggy and has the perfect amount of toppings (just onion and cilantro for the die-hard!)I also have to rave about their lingua (beef tongue). It is SO hard to get right, and these guys absolutely NAILED it. I almost mistook it for regular beef!They also set up shop right next to a little park with a playground...
First time customer, my wife and I got 2 crunchy tacos, 1 soft taco, nachos, and a burrito. Excellent food. Burrito was HUGE, as good or even better than Chipotle! Really put us to our limit to eat it all. Definitely will go back again.
My husband and I have been craving good street tacos since we moved out here from the Twin Cities... we were so excited to have heard about Medina's Tacos! We made a trip the next day and tried their chimichanga with half carnitas and half barbacoa, as well as their tacos with asada. Everything was delicious! The crisp bottom on the chimichanga is *chef's kiss* and the barbacoa is hands down the shining star of their meat options. The tacos are classic and perfect street...
