Standard, updated Hut. Miss the buffet and older atmosphere compared to the newer aesthetic. Dining room seems much smaller since remodel.

I walked in to get my order i was greeted by Ashley and she has the best customer service attitude I have seen in a long time. They were super busy and she kept a positive attitude and helped everyone in the lobby with respect and kindness. My order food was on point and I can never complain about the prices because she was able to find me a great deal on my food that saved me a few bucks.

Ordered 2 of the Deep-dish Pan pizzas and they did not prepare them correctly. The Deep-dish Pan pizzas usually have an oil on the bottom of the crust to crisp up the crust to a nice golden brown crispy pizza. The 2 I ordered did not have any one either of them. Very disappointing. This is the reason to order the Deep-dish Pan. I guess I will just have to switch to Jets Pizza in Blaine. They have their Pan like Pizza hut used to have. Do not see a reason to order from Pizza hut again.

We ordered 2 of the Deep-dish Pan pizza for its oiled and crispy crust. Unfortunately neither had it. Not sure if they just forgot or didn't do it. Was very disappointed. I don't see a reason to go there again. I will just use JETS PIZZA in Blaine - they do the pan crust the way pizza hut used to. Kind of sad because that's what we loved about it.

The management at this location regularly is abrasive and not helpful. Most recently, today 3/ 14 day. I called to ask if they were honoring a corporate deal, to which they responded they weren't. I was totally ok with that, and understood. HOWEVER the following response AFTER that information was given was VERY rude. Before I could say anything after his response, Nick IMMEDIATLY hung up the phone without letting me even place an order. Clearly they don't even want to take orders, or have any business. I will not be bothering with giving them my money for the foreseeable future. I will likely only be ordering from this location when I have a free meal.

We love Pizza Hut here in Cambridge! Food is always fresh and made perfectly. Love that they have the drive through that makes life so much easier with kids.

The food is almost always on point and it's more affordable than most nearby competitors. The one thing that keeps getting to me is that I'll put in delivery instructions and it seems they don't get read very often. There is another thing but I know it's not a local branch issue the fact that I have to pay over $15 on food for a delivery kinda blows for me because I'm not always trying to order a large pizza or multiple items for multiple people just a simple meal for me. Still preferred over door dash prices so I will continue ordering pizza hut.

I’ve never had any issues with this location until tonight. I ordered carry out and the person I spoke with on the phone, I think there was a language barrier. I had ordered two pepperoni pizzas and one of them came with mushrooms. We did not want mushrooms. Also I had ordered boneless wings and they gave me bone in wings.
Definitely not the Pizza Hut I enjoyed before COVID hit. Everything about it has changed. From the minute walking in, to how and where placing your order and to the restroom. Pizza is still delicious but they changed their salad dressing.

Nick refused to Deliver my order and cancel it! So I lost my money and didn't receive my food . He called me hateful things on the phone and hung up on me. He refused to answer the phone after he hung up. This picture shows he left my order in limbo after the store closed.
