If I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to order delivery. Ordered through the Pizza Hut app. Waited an hour past delivery time that was stated. Tried to call the store and you’re automatically sent to the call center. Fought on the phone for over an hour trying to get this store to even answer their phones. No answer. Call center puts you back and forth on hold and then hangs up on you when you try to cancel the order. I REFUSE to order from here again. This is a joke. No food. No answer. And now I’ll have to dispute charges on my card. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
An hour and a half later. A DoorDash driver delivers our food. And it’s cold. Beyond disappointing

Terrible service wife went in today and was in the lobby for 10 mins waiting for help and 3 staff was trying to get each other to help her after the 10 mins 2 customers in store no help press buzz button I guess they can't hear it back there

I called for my Pizza to be made at 6:28. It is now 701. I just walked into the building. Paid for my Pizza and she said is the next one to go in the oven. My dad worked as a manager at a Pizza place she would never let this fly.. They do not have good managing skills. Here. You should not order Pizza here. You will be waiting forever. One car in the parking lot, not even dinner rush, not even busy. It's a weekday. I don't complain to many spots. But this is pathetic

We have not been to a Pizza Hut in over 25 years, our daughter has never been to a Pizza Hut. We were impressed, the facility was clean, great service and hot delicious pizza. We did the treat box that included two 1 topping pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon sticks all for $23 with tax. The three of us left stuffed and carried out leftovers. Happy Customers here

We wanted to add a 2 liter to our order. She was so rude said she had to go get someone else for that. She came back asked what he wanted and said I still need a 2 liter and shut the window and never came back. She was very rude. No okay for her to not give us our pop.

Pretty darn good pizza for the price. Staff is always wonderful. The place is always clean and pretty quiet.
The only reason that food isn't 5 stars is because in my opinion dominos out pizzas the hut but everything else 5 stars because dominos is slacking a little bit in my area right now and I think maybe no one will be out pizzaing the hut in a few years if this continues so keep up the good work and have a great day

Standard, updated Hut. Miss the buffet and older atmosphere compared to the newer aesthetic. Dining room seems much smaller since remodel.

I walked in to get my order i was greeted by Ashley and she has the best customer service attitude I have seen in a long time. They were super busy and she kept a positive attitude and helped everyone in the lobby with respect and kindness. My order food was on point and I can never complain about the prices because she was able to find me a great deal on my food that saved me a few bucks.

Ordered 2 of the Deep-dish Pan pizzas and they did not prepare them correctly. The Deep-dish Pan pizzas usually have an oil on the bottom of the crust to crisp up the crust to a nice golden brown crispy pizza. The 2 I ordered did not have any one either of them. Very disappointing. This is the reason to order the Deep-dish Pan. I guess I will just have to switch to Jets Pizza in Blaine. They have their Pan like Pizza hut used to have. Do not see a reason to order from Pizza hut again.
