Messed my food up twice now and the last time I'd was half the order and spent 30 extra mins driving back an forth, and missed dinner with the family.
The manager told me the best he can do is sorry.......

2nd update
Was told that I would get a response from someone higher up in 5 days it's been 11 days. I guess trying them again was a huge mistake. I see they respond to only a few reviews and not all.
Update Dont waste your money here if there is a mistake that's on you. They are not helpful with correcting the mistake. If you want to waste money this is your place. The mac and cheese was brown and hard. The chicken was wrong wanted spicy it was plain no flavor. Contact customer service they are no help either. Want some good chicken go to Jimmys pizza and Pizza Ranch.
Food was 20 to 25 minutes after the due time. App some how change my sides to all fries. And they charged me $3.99 for this cup of gravy.

I was looking forward to having Popeye's after not having it for years. Terrible experience. I asked for spicy chicken, and I was told they didn't have it. I asked for a leg and a thigh and received a breast and a wing. Mac and cheese (which I paid extra for) was just mush. I turned around after driving a mile away to go back for what I asked for. They replaced the chicken with the pieces I asked for (still not spicy) and swapped fries for the mush. They would not provide a refund for the Mac anc cheese or any other compensation. The biscuit was hard like a hockey puck. The chicken was just ok. I do not plan to go back which is a bummer. I used to love Popeye's.

My wings were not great, flavor was good but the actual wing was not. His wings were decent but waiting for 20 minutes in the drive though with only one other customer there was a bit ridiculous.

Only thing that saved this from a 1 star rating was the associate that took our order and the cleanliness of the dining area. Food was cold and not good. The batter on the chicken was hard, dry and actually cut into my gums. The fries were cold and had no flavor. Threw 3/4 of the meal away. Do not recommend this place for anyone.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo, a classic sandwich combo, and an extra spicy sandwich for someone else. The cashier kept interrupting us while we were ordering, but I didn’t think much of it. When I got the receipt, the extra sandwich was listed as classic instead of spicy.
I went inside with the sandwich, thinking it was a simple misunderstanding. I expected them to just void it and give me the correct one. it wasn’t my fault they misheard me. Instead, the guy who took the order came back and insisted that we did say classic, and refused to remake it. Rather than admitting he might have misheard, he smiled like I was dumb, wouldn’t let me speak, and kept cutting me off. I told him he was wrong and that I didn’t say that, then I left.
I went back through the drive-through and bought another spicy chicken sandwich. This time, he made a big deal about me opening it to “make sure it’s spicy,” as if he was mocking me. Every time we tried to explain what actually happened, he kept interrupting and wouldn’t let us talk. He even bragged about working in fast food for six years, saying there was no way he misheard us. Well, if that’s true, then after six years your customer service still sucks and your ego is way too high.

We ordered spicy fried chicken and it was not spicy it was regular fried chicken and slimy and watery, the eating room was dirty and it wasn’t even busy for that to be an excuse. They forgot 3 sauces that I paid 99 cents for each and I had to go to the counter multiple times, we thought about trying to get our money back but it seemed like staff isn’t that interested in helping so we just said screw it ate what was eatable and left. The best thing there was the Diet Coke. Oh on top of that it was 50 dollars for barely any food!!! Ew

Magnificent chicken. This is damn good stuff. Cute little restaurant too. And not too expensive either. Would potentially have been a five star review, but then they had a kitchen fire not long after opening this one up in Cambridge and tried to burn the whole place down. Might even have to drop this to a three star review if they don't reopen soon. We waited too long for this, and now find ourselves waiting again. I might just keep taking stars away from this review every so often until they get things taken care of. Tick tock.
