Lettuce was brown. They had no more lettuce to offer only what was in the bin they said? So what was the plan when that was gone? Bread was hard my jaw hurts from chewing through it. I don't typically eat here but it's what the kids wanted before soccer. Should have skipped it all together.

Never got served or even acknowledged by the 4 different associates who walked past the drive threw window for 5 minutes. It wasn't busy but if it were, at least let your customer know you will be right back. Can't trust that I'll be back to work on time with this place sadly & I really like their food.

Let me start by saying this is not a complaint about the food, the food was wonderful, I just wish the lady helping us hadn't seemed so put off to be doing her job. When I arrived with my friend we were the only two people in the building and there were no cars in the drive-through. The lady who helped us rushed through our sandwiches and seemed annoyed when I asked for modifications. She rushed us through the line even though there was no one else there, and seemed to be very grumpy.

Honestly, I’m not one to complain. But tonight we went through the drive thru. Ordered 2 subs and 1 wrap. 1 CBR sub, 1 Turkey Sub, and 1 CBR wrap. Total came to around $28, the price for the wrap when we ordered it said $0.00 for whatever reason at the drive thru and we were confused. Went to the window and they charged us $46.14? WE DIDN’T GET MEALS. JUST THE SANDWICHES. Trying to figure out why our wrap costed us almost 20 extra dollars at the window, and wasn’t shown at the drive thru, they KNOW about the glitch on the menu, acknowledged it to us, and have yet to fix it. It was unnecessary AND SHOULD BE FIXED rather than having unnecessary bs tacked on so people know what they are paying for and not surprised when they get their total at the window. :/
