Great food! The biscuits and gravy remind me of when I lived in NC. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and our waitress was fantastic. I wish I lived closer - I’d be a regular.

I love small-town diners! The ambiance, the friendly waitress knowing everyone's names and orders, and the food is usually great... This place is no different. If you ever find yourself in Canby Minnesota between 7 and 11am, I'd suggest a plate of biscuits and sausage gravy. Best I've had in a long time!

I was so pleased! 2 months ago I went to the Midway Cafe after being away for a long time and found that they are one of the few restaurants that have managed to maintain their excellent quality. Still home made, still reasonably priced, and customer service- wow, these guys remember what real customer service is! I wish they were open more hours so I had more of a chance to go there.
