It took 30 minutes for me to get 2 standard footlongs with only 5 people in front of me. Wraps are now just done on the flatbread which is ridiculous. 2 very slow workers during lunch time while 1 was in the back. She kept poking her head out but never came out to help even run register. The veggie line was empty and food everywhere. Lettuce was red and soggy. Absolutely terrible how low Subway has lowered it's standards the last few years. Management here is terrible. She is rude and known for swearing at customers.

Every time I have gone into this subway for the past 2 years I leave disappointed. The manager is rude and distasteful. Most employees are nice but do not know how to properly do their job (coming from someone who worked in a subway for 3+ years). Today I placed a remote order, only to find that both sandwiches had the wrong type of bread, the veggies were uneven, I wasn’t given the extra cheese I paid for, and there was SO MUCH SAUCE (despite requesting less on the app) that is was basically inedible. Save your money and just go to the dairy queen down the street.

The manager, a lady named Grace is completely inexcusable as a a worker, let alone as the stores manager. She has consistently had an attitude every time I've come in there (I've spent probably $100 there). All the other employees (who I might add are either In high school or College) have 30x the amount of maturity. She refused to accept a coupon code, as well as a digital version of the coupon both of which are valid. I wouldn't want my food handled by her as she frequently smokes. Won't eat here again

Amazing staff. Manager is very helpful and knows her sandwiches. Works all the time tho. She is in there every time I go in. For as much as she is there sh has an amazing attitude. She jokes with her staff and it is very fun to watch.

Manager was rude. She argued with me when she said I didn't tell her what I want on it at front of line when I started to and she cut me off asking what kind of bread. My boyfriend got upset cause she didn't ask him what he wanted. And whe he started telling her she argued saying he didn't tell her at front of line. When he tried.

I live close to Canby Minnesota so I like their food because I only deal with one person and that's usually the manager but if I mess with anybody else my sandwich doesn't taste right???

The staff was amazing and I love that they appreciate their customers, all the employees were upbeat and Kiera and JJ where moving along the line fastly and one of the girls heavenly seemed new and she was moving fast as well, honestly ever since that store have got new management it's become a better environment for the costumers and employees as far as I can tell, I was in the store about a year ago at the same time and some of the employees were and come to find out the one employee that wasn't rude is now the new manager and I found that out last night, definitely will be going back?
