Mac n' cheese was just mac n' cheese, corn tasted like it was starting to spoil, 'bacon' consisted of rubbery fat and pig rind (like, whole chunks of skin/rind only), the pulled chicken was maybe 4 bites total (truly 'bites' of 1" sq. pieces of meat) w/ everything covered in their choice of bbq sauce. I ended up tossing the whole meal. #NeverAgain
Fantastic smash burgers and BBQ. The smoked mac and cheese was declared "best ever" by my incredibly picky preteen. Good portions for prices. Collards greens were stunningly delicious. *****
I had food poisoning for starters and witnessed a older man 30s who worked there slapping another workers backside who appeared a lot younger than him I would say late teens
the best tasting BBQ I've tasted
Absolutely crushed it, Brenda was a real treat and made sure the food was top notch. Can't say good enough things about these guys, some of the best BBQ I've had. Thank you!
Had the burrito off the food truck. It was smoked pork with smoked Mac n cheese. It was absolutely amazing. The whole burrito was smoked yet the tortilla was still moist. Delicious!
Awful cold food. Sent it back still cold. Way to high priced for what we received.
I have been there once. If I go out to eat I like to sit in the restaurant and be waited on and have the food brought to me. When I sat in there you could hear everyone's conversation. There was no TV or Radio on to drowned the sound of other people talking. I just did not like the atmosphere and it was not welcoming. The food itself was good.
Best bbq hands down! I definitely reccomend this place. The service is excellent and it's like walking into family!
Really disappointed in our experience with their food truck this weekend. A HS or college aged girl was running the ordering window, and the service left a lot to be desired. There was no smile, didn't seem to know the menu, was explicitly rude and rolled her eyes when my family handed her our CC to pay. This was our first experience, but will also be our last. Pork was good, but greasy. Corn and beans were fairly good. Chicken and Mac were dry/overly smoked. Better options elsewhere.

I ate True Smoke 3 days in a row because the quality and quantity is amazing! The ribs are my favorite. They fall off the bone, so moist! The amount and vast difference in spiciness of sauces is awesome. I prefer smoky and sweet, but my wife loves spicy! We can both be happy!
I ordered the 1/4 rack of ribs with two sides of Mac n Cheese and Cheesey Bacon Corn which could have been a little warmer. My boyfriend ordered a half-rack with mashed potatoes and beans which also could have been a little warmer. We were the only people there to dine in. It was early . . . about 4:30 pm on a Saturday. Friendly staff; but we could have done without the coming apocalypse talk with the "colorful" language in the conversation among staff. All in all, the food was good and my company even better. We will try another time because we love the small town restaurants.
We had the chopped chicken, ribs, brisket, and pulled pork. All was very delicious. We used their homemade Sweet and Smokey BBQ sauce for dipping and we're amazed by the flavor. Would highly recommend True Smoke.
New Year's Eve dinner was fantastic. All six of us had salad, prime rib, shrimp, bacon wrapped asparagus, baked potato, and apple cheesecake. Highly recommend!
Good food and great service!
