Getaway is in my top 2-3 coffee shops in all of Minnesota. The atmosphere is very cozy and inviting. Service is consistently wonderful (I’m a weekly regular), coffee is very good, and they have an enjoyable pastry selection. I almost don’t wanna post this because I don’t want my secret coffee shop getting all busy, but they sure as heck deserve your business!

Amazing atmosphere and aesthetic! I love that the owners renovated this historical spot to be an amazingly cozy and comforting spot with awesome coffee! We are frequent visitors and love their lattes! We’ve also done their wine and cocktails after 4pm, which is a great option to have in downtown Carver where there are mostly dive bars. Absolutely love this spot and worth a visit any time.
I would love to see more food options in the future as the menu is pretty limited but they Always have really good baked goods, some hot food items and donuts on the weekend.

Probably the cutest coffee shop I’ve ever been in. Super friendly service, delicious drinks, inventive menu. Open for cocktails, beer, and wine on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Phenomenal branding. Changing table in restroom!
