ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have never in my life been in a more nasty, rundown, dirty establishment. NOTHING and I mean nothing was clean. Trashes are overflowing, floors are sticky, tables have food on them and have not been wiped down, bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned with blood on different surfaces. Employees are young kids and obnoxious and should not be handling food for the general public. I am reporting this establishment to the local health department. It needs to be shut down immediately.

Shut down and deep clean for a week. Everything is gross. Tell your workers to quit touching their hair and then touching food barehanded.

understaff wasted my half hour lunch waiting for food . They have two young girls running this place .
Half the menu was unavailable. Not to mention they raised the prices. By including an extra small icream or Blizzard stuff like that. Won't tell you dherez no chili for the chili dogs till ordered. Then you go to sit down and eat and don't want a plan hot dog. So order something else. At least they gave it to someone who was willing to eat it instead of throwing it out. Place cost too much. Can go two minutes down the road and get a real ice cream cone with several choices of flavor for a good price.

While not the most gorgeous Dairy Queen I’ve ever seen, the staff were some of the loveliest folks I’ve ever met! I’d be honored to come back here and see these guys again, if fate will allow it in my future travels.

This place needs a good cleaning ,the visible kitchen area around the ice cream was littered with dropping of sauces ,Oreos, chocolate syrup all countertops were bad with stuff not wiped off ,they weren't that busy when we were in there to take 5 minutes to clean up a bit , not to mention the floors haven't been cleaned for quite some time
they did not have all of the food that we ordered, the person that was taking our order was very rude, snd they gave me the wrong size blizzard.
Great Food And Not to bad waiting times BUT it has No delivery options like Uber eats or door dash. The town it's located in has a literal hotel and 100+ people please start delivering
Ice chunks in the blizzards! half a year old Oreos in them!

Drove 20 minutes to get here since my town doesn’t have a Dairy Queen. Open sign was on and employees were inside, but the door was locked and the phone must be disconnected. I’m very disappointed to have wasted the gas to get here just to have to turn around and find somewhere else.

They take so long to complete 1 order everyone drives away. Been here twice and waited 15 minutes to not even be greeted or asked what I'd like to order. Worst lunchtime experience ever!
Cass Lake, MN decent wait times. Last time I went there I moved the trash box, grimy. Moved the sign next to it, grimy underneath, can tell when they clean, they don't move anything. Health inspectors needed. Lotsa flies indoors. Didn't see any fly zappers, ultraviolet attractors. Flytraps needed. Kinda makes me wonder of their sanitation food assembly places. Need refurbishing. Atmosphere redo.
Their food very good. Satisfied.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten. Fly’s everywhere. Expensive for poor quality food. Service was horrible. Food was cold when eating. Dirty!

Manager should hire people that are atleast smarter than a 1st grader!? food was terrible and cold, none of our orders were right, cheese curds were frozen in the middle, place is dirty, workers are dirty, this “DQ” should be DQ’ed from the food industry.
