My husband and I have new bikes and thought it would be fun to ride the bike trail from Shafer to Eichtens market. It was a comfortable ride! We were a little disappointed that they didn't have fried cheese curds today but we took their suggestion of salami, cheese and crackers for lunch with some fantastic beer to wash it down! Spectacular breakfast. Our annual tradition to stop for the Bison Scrambler before our autumn hike at Taylors Falls. Service is friendly. Ambience is quaint. Extensive selection of cheeses, wines and lots of other treats in the store.

Eichten's consistently has excellent cheese and meat selections. We've stopped by many times to pick up a sampling of items to snack on while we are driving around exploring the area. The mustards and jams all have been delicious as well.
