Fiesta cancun Mexican grill

Been to Fiesta Cancun many times and love this place. But had the worst meal ever today. I ordered fajitas they came out not on a sizzling plate. They were barely warm and swimming in watery grease! Waiter never got my drink that I ordered. Hope this was just a fluke, we will be back to try again. Please do better!

We were excited to find this restaurant here last fall, and have been back several times. Always the same 5 star service, drinks, and food. Best marguaita around, good selection of beers, and fish tacos are my favorite. Only place my wife can find taquitos and the chimi’s are huge. We are fortunate to have such an excellent Mexican restaurant near us.

Cold | Mushy | Zero Flavor
I ordered my food with Door Dash.
Delivery was fast.
Food was a disappointment, to say the least.
We ordered 9 tacos and the California cheeseburger.
The food was cold.
The food for the tacos was swimming in water that it turned the shells into a doughy mush.
The chicken had next to zero flavor.
The bun for the cheeseburger was hard and the meat was cold.
I made a note for zero guac and yet there it was.
Do.
Better.
What an absolute waste of money.
We live 8 minutes away so the driver didn't have to go far.
Never.
Again.

Made a request for no dairy on my burrito and it came with sour cream and cheese which we specifically had requested not to have in the meal. The manager told us he was being generous by giving us a whopping $4 off. I had eaten the ends of the burrito as there were two different sauces on each side and when I came to the middle where the filling was and saw the sour cream I stopped eating. This is poor management at its finest. It's too bad is the flavor was good and the waitress was nice.

I like to say good things about places, so I will start out by saying the chips and salsa were good and so was the shredded chicken! But as hard as it is for me to say this (because I really wanted to be positive) the other food we ordered was not so good. The steak burrito came out cold, the tamale pretty much tasted like salt and was not the best texture, and the sope was tough.
