Ordered pizza for a set time to be picked up. Arrive to pick up order and stood at the register for almost 10 minutes. Will the server walk past several times and helped everybody else in the establishment and having conversations with people in between but did not ask if I needed anything. No one else came to the register. Wasn't the end of the world because I was early but the order had already been made. I could tell it's been sitting there for a while. The boxes were soggy and pizza was not very warm.
Pizza is amazing!
Great food me and my family love coming here. Sometimes food can take a while and wait quite a bit of time like one time it took an hour for our food but they were fairly busy. Overall great food and service.would recommend
It was a nice evening out good food and good service
Always a hit. Great food and service every time.
Excellent pizza! My go to place when I'm in the area.
One of our favorite places
Nice easy walk to the water
Also right next to a super cool antique shop
My wife and I have been to the Pizza Pub in Center City several times. Sometimes we sit at a table and other times at the bar. While we enjoy the food, the service at the bar from a particular bartender leaves a lot to be desired. On September 15, we came in around 7:30 and sat at the bar, there was only one other couple at the bar, so it wasn’t crowded. The bartender came over to us and said “what do you want? In a very impolite and rude tone. We both ordered a drink and then he asks, “do you want anything else?” Again in a very rude tone. We said we’d like to order some food and he flings a menu at us. All along, I responded with thank you, but no “you’re welcome” was forthcoming. Totally disappointed and insulted we decided to finish our drinks and go somewhere else.
As I said we enjoy the food, but it will be a long time before we return.
Management should address this problem.

I have experience at North Branch, Center City and Rush City Locations. Recent experience at Center City. Pizza crust came out uncooked so we sent it back. Was better after they fully cooked it, this has happened several times at North Branch location as well. Service at North Branch sucks, very clicky and when you call to get delivery you're always told it will be 2hrs. That is never the case but a detergent to not order delivery. While visiting Center City, bar was empty and after we were done eating my step mom asked for a to go container and the little snotty entitled waitress barks at her with, WERE KINDA BUSY RIGHT NOW! What kind of establishment allows staff to talk to customers in this manner? All we wanted was a to go box and this was our first interaction with this gal. My step mom came back to table and was floored by her comments so she was explaining what happened to us and the waitress comes flying over to our table and in a confrontational voice says, Sorry I was busy and now I see you pointing at me so I want to see if there's a problem! I was about to ask for a manager but thought, why bother, nothing will be done about it. This company is very clicky, has good pizza when cooked all the way but 100000% needs to work on customer service. My step mom and myself both work or have worked in the business and are dissapointed that a company runs in this manner. Rush City has always been our best bet. Done with Center City and North Branch. This is one example of many. Took awhile to post cause I give restaurants the benefit of the doubt.

Wish I could give it zero stars. We stopped in here on our way home from vacation and they acted like they didn't want our business. We were seen by multiple waitresses and staff. No one came to give us menus or even say they would be with us in a minute. We waited 10 or so minutes with no service and they barely had any other customers maybe 3 other tables. We ended up leaving without eating.

The service was slow. My parents love the pizza because they like thin crust, well I too only like thin crust, but this crust while being cared thin, was thick and did not taste good to me at all. I live in Florida, and we gave all kinds of pizza
places, New York style is the way to go for thin crust. That is true thin crust, not a piece of cardboard.

Really dislike giving bad reviews but have tried ordering take out many times ( weekdays) - put on hold and call never answered. If it were a busy time of day I would understand! Would love to support locally but have to be able to order the food to purchase. Guess we will drive to Forest Lake or North Branch from now on! Call either of those stores and taken care of quickly!
