Nice causal setting. The Juicy Lucy was amazing. The portion sizes were great. The honey mustard was delicious. Tasted like a bbq mustard. Loved it and would buy it for home use.

The food was nothing special and it was moderately cool and we were not offered ketchup or sauces for the burger and fries! Very disappointed given all the hype and I had such a good experience at the one by the airport!!

I won't go here due to the slow service even when no customers, the huge price increase ON TOP OF a 3% service fee. And you should be making it apparent on your door and when seating that you will be charged additional fees to patronize the restaurant so it is in advance and you can decide whether you still want to eat there not after. That seems like a shady way to do things and in addition since you don't make it real apparent some people might not notice which to me is like ripping people off by sliding in extra things without their knowledge making the bill higher.
