This is a first. I've been coming to BWW in Champlin since moving here a year ago. I liked their mushroom swiss burger, I got it every time, but this time not so much. I always ordered it medium rare to medium but this evening it came to me hammered, extremely well done and not juicy at all. I brought it to the waitresses attention, who was very nice, and she in turn informed the manager, Samantha. Samantha came over and when I told her the issue she told me that they only have smash burgers and I would never get it done the way I wanted. I told her I had on previous occasions and her reply was the she apologized that everyone previously had not followed the rules/regulations. I say, at least they had a happy returning customer whereas now, Ms. Samantha has lost my business here at the BWW Champlin location.

Do NOT order delivery from this store, they consistently miss items. Multiple times I have ordered con queso and have been given chips without any queso, despite the literal name of the menu item. One time I ordered a cheeseburger and quite literally received a meat patty and piece of cheese, no bun or condiments. When I called to let the store know, they thought it was funny but didn’t think much else of it. They frequently forget fountain drinks and sides, like celery and ranch. If you eat there then go in person so they can make it right when they forget your food.

Awful service, long wait for food. Sat there for an hour waiting for food and all of our food arrived at different times, people who ordered after us received food before us and when our food came out it was cold and soggy. Tried to ask the waiter how long on the food and they either sped walked past us or straight up ignored us. I love Bdubs but this location is not good.

This location for me had the best food & service! Very kind staff & their food is far better than other BW I've acquainted. I do think the kitchen staff needs to definitely salt their wings.

Waited a couple of days to make sure I wasn’t reviewing out of anger. I order a chicken salad during their dinner rush- walk in- Togo-

Ordered - waited 35 mins, ignored while food was coming out for others. Eventually gave up after 40+ mins of waiting for a single salad. Manager told me they were busy and it happens.

Tipped when I first paid, so I wanted 40+ mins to pay three dollars and not get any food.

I cannot for the life of me figure out how this place is so slow and has been for the last decade. Every time, the same. You can be the only person in the resteraunt and itll still take 30 min to get a plate of wings that took a few min to deepfry and toss in sauce. If you order take out, add 30 min to the expected pick up time as well.

You know I really wish I can give this place a 0 star. The food was very low quality and lacked any type of flavor. I can practically walk to this location and my food still happened to be cold…. HOW? It’s pretty ridiculous that a chain like this has definitely dropped in quality and effort. Could it be the downfall of Buffalo Wild Wings? Maybe. How could a restaurant that is known for their wings serve traditional wings drenched in sauce and yet still be super dry. Visually the wings that were served to us did not look appealing nor did they taste like wings. We could’ve eaten the bones and we still wouldn’t have tasted the difference between the meat and bone. Sorry Bdubs, but I think it’s time for us to go our separate ways. It’s not me, it’s you.

FYI- if you guys want GREAT wings, check out Serums in Anoka. Now those are to die for.

MISMANAGED!!! I ordered from the app and I get the “estimated” wait time may be off a bit. But seriously. Estimated time was 20 minutes, very fair, but then had to wait another 10 minutes, okay but annoying, then asked for an update and it’ll be another 10 to 15 minutes????? They were busy but not insanely busy. Alright my time was short so I had to go so I asked for a refund. They had to get the manager, but she wouldn’t come help and she told them to just get my info and I’ll get a refund in 7 to 10 days. What?????

Ordered online for pick up at 12 show up at 12:05 and I’m told by the cashier my food will take 5 min. Proceeded to wait 30 more min. I asked them to cancel my order and the manager said they would give me a refund but she lied and never did it so now I have to dispute it. Terrible service and terrible management

I am DONE with Buffalo Wild Wings! The app is so unreliable. I’ve spent hours over at least a dozen attempts to make it work simply because I crave the Caribbean Jerk wings. New app, updated app, reload app, need to use the “forgot password” over and over and over. This place does not have good enough food to justify how difficult it is to use my rewards. I wish I could give it zero stars.
