We've tried picking up here a few different times. Food is never ready when it says. Not even close. Typically 30min to 1 hr late.
In-store eating is a ghost town but management never has enough working for order pickups or takeout. It's actually kind of baffling. Currently been waiting 40 min past my pickup time and there are 15 different people all waiting for their to-go orders

Update: After 45 min past pickup time I was informed they're out of the sauce ordered. Order finished 55 min past pickup time.
Whoever the red-haired girl doing pickups was; y'all need to pay her triple because without her it likely would've been 90 min past.
We'll find a new location.
Today, as I'm sitting here, in New Year's Day. I can officially say I waited one. Entire. HOUR. For my order!
This is absolutely ridiculous! There's like 10+ of us waiting that we spilled into the dining area.

Takeout is a joke. I don’t think they start your order until you get here. Had to wait 30 min past my pick up time. Don’t waste your time or money.

We came in and we were 8 people. There was only one server for the whole dining area besides the bar, which i find unreasonable and wished there was more. This review is no fault to the server but so more to the food and service. We placed our order and waited for around 30 minutes and got the wings but we were missing two sandwiches. The first sandwich came after 1 hour and 30 minutes. The fries that came with sandwich 1, was overcooked so we asked for a replacement. it has been TWO hours and they FINALLY served the second sandwich and new fries. By the time the two other people in my party got their meals, the rest have already finished our food. In the end, we just asked for togo boxes. I found the wait time unreasonably and frustratingly long. There were other tables who had a party of 6 or so that came earlier and left before us. The server was extremely understanding and was trying his best, and since it was only him, i hold no fault towards him. It was the wait time for two sandwiches and one replacement fries that got us very frustrated and upset. There was multiple people in the back so I wasn’t even sure how it could take such a long time for our sandwiches but yet other people who came after us got their sandwiches and fries before us.

Got sat down and then didn’t see a waiter for another 45 min. No drinks or anything. When I asked the host what the deal was, he says someone got sick. Thats obviously no one’s fault but kinda weird when I watched the old waiter with grey hair just standing there and talk to the other waitresses. Unfortunately not really our problem, I don’t think it takes much just to fill 2 soda cups and then just tell us you’re running behind. Oh yeah and also this is the second time this exact situation has happened. Has to be the worst bdubs around here and pretty ballsy considering this has never happened at Clive’s which is right next door.

I ordered 30 wings. I received 20. I ordered ahead of time and still waited for over 15 minutes to get my order. There was barely anyone in the place....Idk what the problem was. Your wings are expensive enough for me to be shorted is a real problem. We'll see if anyone responds or it just doesn't matter!?

I rarely write reviews, but the service was just so bad, I couldn't let this one slide. I stopped here to eat with my family for dinner. I had been at this location once before a few years ago without incident. The first issue was being seated at a table near the door, and it was freezing outside, so we were cold the entire time we were there. There were plenty of other tables away from the door, but they put us near the door. We just let that go. The next issue is after we were seated, no server came to our table for at least 10-15 minutes. I saw other people get served who were seated after us, so I knew we were forgotten. I tracked down some server and explained that we were missed, so the server decided to serve us. The server brought us water, and we ordered at that time. I asked if they still had a certain alcoholic drink that used to be on the menu and the server didn't know, but would check on it and let me know. The server never checked and never let me know. Anyway, We ordered two chicken type platters, which both come with fries. We also ordered something else on the side. The side item was delivered first, but our two platters took 45 minutes to arrive. These were two simple chicken wing/tender platters with fries. Like, this is stuff you can get at Canes and Wingstop in 5 minutes. I honestly don't know how it could take that long to make basic chicken tenders/wings with fries. When we did get our food, one of the platters didn't have the fries, just the chicken. The server said that the side was coming later, which we thought were the fries. When she came later, she brought the same side item we had already received earlier. We told the server that the platter comes with fries, so that's what was missing. We finally got the fries. So in a nutshell, we were ignored when we were seated. The food took 45 minutes to arrive, our order was missing food, and the server didn't follow up on a simple request. Plus the pay station at the table was messed up and had to be fixed. And all of this when the restaurant wasn't even busy but about half full. This will be the LAST time going to this location. Just frustrating. I couldn't wait to leave.

Dine in once and take out once, both times same results. Wings are dry and hardly covered in sauce, blazing wings are not that spicy because there's hardly any sauce on them. Service is slow, is there a sauce shortage and they are rationing the sauce??? Can hardly taste any of the flavors you ordered.

Take out ordering is always wrong. It's either dry rub sauce on the wings or having way too much sauce. The wait is long to an hour or so. I order a 30 pieces wings some were warm and most was cold. The staff weren't helpful.

We just left Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. We waited in the half full bar for 35 minutes before we even got our drinks. I along with 3 other tables all went up to the bar to finally order drinks. We got our drinks 15min later. I ordered Hot Bbq boneless wings. They brought out mild wings with a side of Hot Bbq. I asked if I could return those and get hot Bbq. 5min later the exact same plate came back to me. We got to speak to a manager who comped my boneless, fine. But then she tried to double charge me for my wings that they never fixed. This place is ran by the absolute worst management I have ever run into. Buyer beware. -1/10
