Wish I could do this without a star. I went there with my son and the first waiter tried putting us by the door when it wasn’t even busy. My son waited 20 minutes for his food and never got it. I ordered wings and they were cold and he hadn’t even gotten his food yet. We asked for new wings and were charged for both wings even though neither were touched. My sons food finally came out and it was entirely wrong. We were there almost an hour without food. We asked for the manager and she took 10 minutes to come out. She tried charging us for everything and I told her we didn’t eat anything or get all of the food yet. She tried blaming the waiter and everyone else. Never coming back again. The is not qualified at her job!
What a joke. I swear the cooks in the back REALLY LOVES eating fried feathers. Been to this location multiple times and had feathers on my wings ALL THE DAMN TIME (Dine and Take Out). The first time this happened, I was dining in and noticed a feathered wing on top of my order. I asked a worker to replace my wings and my order came back with the feathered wing buried below the rest. Placed an online order before getting off of work yesterday only for me to pick up the order and come home to my family with our wings looking like this. I'd recommend other locations besides this one.

I was driving by there on my route today.. so I stopped by and grabbed some Wings. Wow, I couldn't even bite into them they were so hard and dry. Wish I would have had time to bring them back!!

I feel like Charlie Brown kicking a football with the girl holding the ball. I think that every time I come here it will change. I’ve been coming here since they opened. But this place simply needs new management. Wings were cold and no one is here! Seriously, how can a company screw up heating up wings?? Other locations are NOT like this location.

Historically, I’ve never had a good experience dining in with Buffalo Wild Wings across the states. After waiting a few years, it’s still the same story. We came in and we thought we lucked out because it was very empty that night. We ordered our drinks which was not relayed to the kitchen so we ordered again when we got assigned a new server. My wife got her food first and my daughter and I waited for around 15 minutes for ours to come out. They finally brought it out and it was lukewarm (nearly cold). It’s baffling because there were only 4 tables that were sat during our entire time there. Our server only came by to get the order, bring the food, and give us a check. Very poor service.

Horrible service and it's been this way for a while. First of all there were servers on their phones in front of customers while they are waiting for refills food etc. Second of all I was waiting up at the entrance for a few minutes before anyone came up to me to get me seated and there were multiple employees that just walked past me and didn't greet me or anything of the sort. The food was still good though despite the bad service.

Placed my order online and they took longer than expected. Normally wouldn’t be upset but that’s just the cherry on top of their food giving me food poisoning. I know it’s from the wings because I got extremely sick after eating the left overs too. One never experienced food poisoning quite like this.

This has happened two separate times at separate location, weeks apart. When we are in your restaurant locations your app and website quite working, it requests that we have a code sent to log in, we request it and don’t receive the codes the entire time we are at the restaurant eating our meal. Then 5 minutes after we leave all of the codes come in at once. It has become very clear to me that you block your website and app while in your locations so as to not have customers redeem rewards and deals. I know this to be true as prior to arriving, on multiple devices we access your website and app without issue, then after arriving, even showing your employee the discount online , we were told we needed to pull it up in the app, the app would not let us log back in, and then when we tried to reload the website, it would not allow us to, showed the employee this and they said to try incognito and to shut off the WiFi connection, restart the phone, re install the apps , everything and still could not get it to work. Then once we had left the restaurant, as you can see in the attached photo, all the codes came in, also both the app and website worked again.
So, what do you plan to do with this intentional hindrance of customers using their rewards?
Also the service was terrible, we arrived and there was no host to seat us, we were finally approached as we sat ourselves down at a booth as we had two infants with us, then no follow up, we got back up, went to the host station and grabbed menus, at which point the server took notice and said it was for them to grab. Well, then don’t leave us sitting for 5+ minutes, without so much as checking in beyond telling us to sit wherever as we are already doing so. Yes, this was a basically empty restaurant, one group of guys, 6-10 maybe, and one or two couples. The server followed us back to the booth and took our drink order, a pineapple mojito and beer . The mojito had no mint ( they were out) and was just pineapple juice. No alcohol. We asked the server to talk with the bartender about it 7-10 minutes later we see him sitting on his phone and has not done anything about the drink. We go over and he stands up next to us but says nothing, we have the drink re-made. Much better this time . We finally got water half way through the meal, Only because we got it ourselves when we were at the bar having the drink re-made. Absolutely terrible experience.

Got some old, cold chicken. Asked for fresh chicken. Received the same old chicken again. I didn't see anyone that looked like a manager and the server made me feel like I was a bother.
They must pre make the food all the time because this has happened before. I can see why the place is never busy.

The last 3 times I've been here the wings have had such a tiny amount of sauce on them that they just aren't worth it even on BOGO Thursday. How hard is it to just put a reasonable amount of sauce on? On one occasion I called after getting home because my wings were practically bone dry, so I went to pick up a re-made order, and they were once again barely sauced. Just not worth it. I won't be going back.

I'm here often and enjoy the staff, food and atmosphere. There are several great tables with power nearby for those who need to plug in a laptop for work or meetings. Sit by the bar for better service

Wings were horrible. It was so dry and over cooked. Seems like they had wings sitting for a while and just refried it and tossed it in sauce.
Server didn’t refill drinks and didn’t seem to be a people person.
First and last time going.

This location is fantastic. Nothing against them. I’ve grown up here before they opened and I can tell you they are absolutely fantastic, they do have some opinionated people that show up and created issues while I was keeping to myself riding my bike past the restaurant though. That is 100% unacceptable. I’ve had many friends that have worked there, and it has always been a neutral place to gather. They are good people and I will always give them 5 stars, but after the harassment I experienced from someone leaving their parking lot, considering I was on a public sidewalk, not in any way owned by Buffalo Wild Wings, at no point was I on their property but I was still harassed by their patrons. I expect better. The attitude I had to put up with from someone leaving their location is in no way acceptable.
Like I said, fantastic people and I would never throw hate their way. But people leaving the location harassed me. That is unacceptable
