This is a poorly run location. Staff seem to be at wits end with each other and orders are taking far too long to come out. Wanted to try Caribou again after years of being a Starbucks person. Definitely will not be returning anytime soon.

Great staff at this location, My drink was done to perfection! Very clean inside and out in the patio area.
I was dissatisfied with my purchase. My oat milk shaker was majority ice literally filled to the brim.

There seemed to be tension between some of the employees. Wait time for a Caribou cooler seemed rather long. Toppings on the Turtle Cooler were very skimpy (but at least they put them on this time. More often than not the candy pieces are missing) Didn't order food but my friend did. She got a breakfast sandwich which had cooled down quite a bit by the time she got her beverage.

Went to this Caribou today on 7.24.24 and the man helping us ended up getting the wrong size coffee from his team and generously offered the wrong sized drink as they prepared the right size drink. Thank you! Wish yall were in Texas other then at Dallas DFW airport.
