I used to order here at least once a week. Although the quality has gone down over some time it was still alright pizza for a decent price but today is the last time I order from here. How do you manage to burn a crust to the point it falls apart as you try to pick it up and still somehow undercook the dough??? You'd think after seeing that abomination of a pizza they'd make you a new one but nope. Very disappointing.

I haven’t had Chanticlear in a few months. It’s always been my favorite since I was a young kid. Everything about the pizza was different: the cheese, sauce, pepperonis and even the crust was wrong. I’m so sad and I won’t order from here again. Literally no one asked for this pizza to change!

I ordered a pizza and asked for it to be cooked a little longer, in the notes section of my order, and they've done it every single time for me! Ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza and an order of cheese bread. The cheese bread was not fresh - like it had been made a few hours beforehand. Stale and dry. The pizza was average. It’s too bad because this place used to have good food.
