Ok, where do I start? Went there for the first time. Was so excited . Let’s start with safety and sanitation with your food. I highly recommend to stand there and watch them make your tacos. I stood there and watched a guy rub his eyes and nose with putting his hands through his hair several times. As if he’s not preparing peoples food or helping them with prep.Only reason I left with my food is because honestly I wanted to get my money back and walk out that door. There was a very nice young man that I talked to about my experience, and I watched him prep and prepare some of my food, and he was great. (Black headphones)When I asked to speak with a manager, he recommended me going online and emailing them. I was just letting him know how unhappy I was to stand there and watch that guy. As if spreading germs is not important. We just came out of a pandemic, and that’s exactly how people get sick. With that being said, he also stood there and ate food as if you shouldn’t go on a break and not be helping, prepare food while you’re putting your hands in and out of your mouth. WOW.,. Just imagine going to McDonald’s and watching them make your big Mac while they’re eating a big Mac?I really hate to be the person to write this Chill Lime is trash.Far from authentic Mexican food.

I love getting food from this place but only to-go. The restaurant and bar side of this place is terrible, the waitresses and bartenders are rude and clearly care more about the tending to the trashy people who sit at the bar all day, than getting you your food or drink.The to-go side of this restaurant has much more friendly staff and is always quick to get my order done !

The nachos were less than impressive :/ the queso was very nice, and there was a lot of really tasty guacamole, but the chicken was pretty chewy, and the whole thing had a pretty strong oily flavor.
