Stopped in for a burrito while I was at work, and let me tell you this Chipotle was the absolute worst. I ordered one of the new chicken burritos, and the dude working was trying to scoop out some old dry ass chicken that was at the bottom of the pan! I was like no can you get some fresh chicken and he looked at me like I spoke a foreign language. Another employee asked a co-worker at another station if she had chicken, and she said yes. So, they get my chicken from the other station, and she scoops up a tiny scoop of chicken. I said, "Wow, can I get some more meat than that teaspoon you just put on there, please. She said, " So you want double meat?" I said,"Not really, I just want enough meat to make it an actual chicken burrito!" They literally sprinkled on the chicken like seasoning! Then she got an attitude and acted like I was being irrational or something. When did Chipotle get so cheap with their portions? If it's that bad, they should probably just close their doors for good. I am not sure if it was just this store or not, but I am done with Chipotle. A chicken burrito should actually have some chicken in it and not at twice the cost, and since when did having a funky ass attitude become a part of good customer service, just saying. Never again, Y'all suck!

This is the it’s time i ever have gotten such bad tasting food. The chicken was tough and my carnitas had a bad flavor. Never have i ever been so disappointed i can’t recommend anything right now

This Chipotle is just like all the others in the area, very hit and miss. Today it just wasn’t good. Didn’t taste very good, not flavorful and at $13 for a single bowl, that’s disappointing. Also, this location is dirty. Garbages overflowing, floors not clean, etc. The dirtiness is visible as soon as you walk in. Staff is also hit or miss, not very friendly on most occasions. Not welcoming.

If you love over paying, this is perfect. If you love paying $20 for the double steak bowl, and spitting out every other bite because all you got are tendons, not meat, look no further. I can only hope to be grateful they ain’t spitting on the food at this point.

The manager tall white guy with glasses, has got to be the most RUDEST person of them all .. each and every time I come in there , he there and his attitude is outrageous.. my god and please don’t ask for extra ANYTHING .. they have such a meltdown.. this chipotle have new employees every day lol.. the turn over here is crazy! This place used to be good food was good … idk what happened but do better

I came in on the evening of Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 9:40 p m. I will never come to this Chipotle again. I felt like I was being a nuisance to them by being in there and asking for what I wanted kind of like an attitude like they really just didn't want to be working or helping me. Then one that was getting my sauces kinda slammed down the last 1 towards the other guy before he put it in the bag poor customer service. I thought I would come to this one because I have only been once. And I usually go to the one. near my house but I was on 169 already and said I would stop here but I really don't like the attitude. I think they're teenagers that are ignorant and don't know how to do their job well. Maybe they thought I was their age and young and they thought it was okay to treat a customer. That way, I'm a 58-year-old woman that has 2 children in their 30s. So i'm not sure what their problem was, but I really think it was a bad attitude 😕 🤔 .

This was one of the last “good” Chipotle’s in the area. Getting a normal portions of anything like rice, meat, cheese, lettuce etc. is like pulling teeth. It’s like they are scared to give normal portions, and it’s new employee’s working every week. An end of an era unfortunately…
Chips are usually a hit or miss here and at most locations. Sometimes the queso comes out weird because it hasn’t been stirred in a while, so i get the harder film at the top. I order chips and queso often so i’d love if this could get fixed :’) whoever made the batch of chips on 12/29/2024 these were my favorite batch so thank you!!!

12/29/24 (sunday) around 12:45 ….. food is absolutely horrible tiny black burnt pieces of chicken that taste like no spicy adoba was applied…. rice has no lime flavor , even the beans don’t taste well …. this queso had to be from yesterday everything about this visit was horrible shame on you guys $14 down the drain i’m not coming back here you are way too inconsistent and the white lady who works at the front counter area could be a lot more polite , always thank her and tell her i appreciate it everytime i arrive but never hear a word back from her she has a bad attitude fix this place it’s really gone down hill ….. Pancheros from here on out

$7 up-charge for double meat?! That’s almost as much as a bowl itself. Received only a half scoop as my “double” portion. Have experienced quality control issues at this location previously but today was a new low.
