Manager does a great job teaching employees about food safety. Changing gloves for food allergies and even changing out toppings. chipotle is my go to place for gluten-free allergy. Highly recommend this location.!

I just sat down to eat my chips/queso, and 2 bowls. The chips were SO stale I tried 2 and threw them in the garbage. I came straight home( 5 min drive) to eat. When it’s this humid out, and chips are placed in brown bags, are those bag moisture resistant? Is anyone checking the chips for freshness? They weren’t even edible. I would like a refund please.

I spent $10 dollars. Customer before me paid cash. Cashier said that was not my total 37.88 for a family. They paid cash. They charged my account. Disputed it and they are still charging me. Never go there again

I ordered a chicken bowl. The chicken was chopped up so small that you couldn't even taste it when there was some on your spoon. They already barely give you any at Champlin. Not satisfying at all and I really was looking forward to chipotle.
I had a steak bowl tonight and the food itself was good—fresh and flavorful as expected. However, the overall experience at this location was really disappointing. The restaurant was filthy. The dining room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day, and the restrooms were downright gross. It’s clear this place is lacking leadership. They need a manager and shift leader who actually care about cleanliness and customer experience. A little effort would go a long way here.
