Went to drive thru on 6/7/25 at around 5:30PM. Ordered a butter burger with no cheese and root beer float. Young lady brought out order in bag with no root beer float. She was very nice after I asked for it and she went back and got one. Burger was stone cold and had cheese on it. It was so cold that the cheese wasn’t even melted. Probably my last trip to the Champlin mn Culver’s.

Every time I've been here staff was friendly and professional, food was hot and delicious. There can be a wait but it isn't usually too long and is always worth it.
Half of my pick up order was missing. I called for a refund and was told my only option was to drive back to the restaurant for a partial refund or a full refund without the need of traveling back to the restaurant. I was told the full refund would appear back on my card within a few days. Over a week now and no refund. Poor service all around that day. Luckily there’s plenty of other food options so I can avoid this Culver’s. I should note for the owner, I’ve already submitted my information on the contact Culver’s.con site. Which doesn’t do anything fyi. It’s just a feedback site. Thought I’d mention before they just copy and paste the same BS response here.
