My family and I came to Culver’s for lunch today and I left feeling sick to my stomach. My order included a coffee and onion rings. I did not receive those items when the order came out. I went back to the counter and told them I was missing my order of onion rings and coffee. The individual at the counter yelled at another team member to make coffee. That’s individual start using profanity while making the coffee. I heard the other worker say to bring out the next order of onion rings to my table. The onion rings eventually came out but still no coffee. We finished eating and I went to the counter to redeem the free ice cream that comes with the kids meal. Place the order for ice cream told them I’m still waiting for coffee, the individual tells the other worker to get the coffee. He was just entering coming back from handing out food to the drive through customer. He proceeded to grab the coffee cup from the inside and he didn’t even bother to wash his hands. He was taking a long time so I went back to my table assuming I’ll get my coffee with the ice cream. Nope , that didn’t even happen. Ice cream came out and no coffee. I went up again, and the individual recognized that I was coming for the coffee. The coffee was just sitting on the counter and no one bothered to bring it out. The team member proceeded to get the coffee but it needed a lid. He walked past me put it finger onto the corner of his lips. He grabs a lid walks to the other side place the cap on and proceeded to touch the corner of his lips again and then handed me the cup. I threw out the coffee. That’s disgusting. He put his hand on his lips and touches food, how is that acceptable and hygienic? Did he have a sore? What right does Culver’s employee have to spread disgusting germs to their consumers. I was sick to my stomach and I allowed these people to serve my kids. I’ve been to this location numerous times and today was terrible. The employees were yelling at each other. Really unprofessional. How hard is it to get a cup of coffee? To wash hands? To be clean and sanitary?

I always get good food at Culver's 97% of the time this one the hamburger that I ordered at the counter was soggy not overly warm and yet for being made fresh out the grill while I wait it hailed in quality for previous meals that I've had. The encounter person got my order wrong I was telling him I wanted cheese curds and I didn't get cheese curds I got French fries which come with the meal so disappointed on several fronts. Again Culver's is usually top on my book but this one didn't make the grade I still would recommend it to friends and I still keep calling back...

Why is this Culver’s so much more expensive than others? $0.40 charge for tomato on a burger? Small fry $2.99? Bizarre. And out in Champlin. Probably lower rent and wages than most locations. Greedy franchise owner.

8/24/25. I wanted to try the cod fish Sandwich. Really it's not that bad at all. It sure don't look like a frozen square lol. I have been to Culver's probably in 10 different states now. This Culver's is a little different than all the other Culver's I have been too. The food and custard is the same though.

Extremely rude teenagers work here, don’t expect any hospitality or for them to get your order correct. Missing half my order and I just ended up charging back through the bank because I am not dealing with this location again to get my refund.

We ordered ice cream at the drive through tonight. They never brought our food out. My husband finally went inside and our ice cream was on the counter, melted. The employee didn't apologize or anything. The manager was nearby just chatting with someone and didn't help out. Such disappointing service.

Food is fine. Drive thru is consistently full to the point of blocking the street, and they take orders incredibly slow. Once had to wait half an hour for a basic cheeseburger. Hope you like waiting.

I placed an online order for two burgers and clearly noted no pickles, as I am deathly allergic to them. Despite this, both burgers had pickles in them. I was lucky to catch it before taking a bite — otherwise, it could’ve led to a serious allergic reaction. I ended up having to throwing the burger away & could only eat my sad cold fries.

We chose curbside pickup and followed the instructions to park, but no one came out for over 15 minutes. Eventually, we had to go through the drive-thru just to get our food, even though the app told us to wait in a spot. That part was very misleading.

When we received the order, the concrete mixer was already melted, the burgers were cold with smashed buns, the fries were soggy and cold, and even the cheese curds had lost all warmth. Everything tasted like it had been sitting out for quite a while.

We come to Culver’s because we expect better quality for the price, but this experience was extremely disappointing — especially given the seriousness of the allergy mistake.

I have also reached out to Culver’s but have not heard a response back. This is very disappointing.
