I drive for uber eats and I am a customer too. Great food, great services, the workers are always so kind and timely! Every time I have come here for a pickup to deliver to a customer, food is always ready, and if not, they never take more than 3 minutes to wrap up everything! I appreciate when one's time is valued! Thank you employees at JJ Champlin!

Never answers the phone. Takes a hour to get food delivered..and they screw the order up..so much for freaky fast..used to be their motto
Food is great but now that they use Uber for delivery, our orders now take over an hour to be delivered. The app doesn’t tell you how long it will take until well after the order has been received. Super disappointed because we love ordering from this location, but we will no longer order delivery unless they figure out how to get back to their original standards. And us not ordering delivery means we likely won’t be stopping in, since delivery was our main reason for ordering from here.
My significant other and I arrived at the restaurant at 8:15 PM. Upon entering, we were not greeted. I ordered a Vito sandwich with extra mayo, but they gave me extra onions instead. The other sandwich was a spicy Italian with extra hot peppers. However, there was a lot of lettuce and barely any peppers.
I have never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John’s, but I will not be coming back to this location. This is upsetting since we live very close by. Upon reviewing all the reviews, it seems like the employees and managers do not take feedback seriously to improve this location. I have already left a review on their website.
I would advise anybody who decides to come to this location to go to a different Jimmy John’s .

Order a smoked cheddar bourbon sub. No cheese at all. How can you forget cheese on a sub??? One of the most routine items on a sub. It's one step below forgetting meat and bread

15 minutes to make one wrap....with 3 employees. Employees swearing at one another while I was waiting. Wrap was just ok. I regret leaving a tip before my food was done. I will not go back.

If you order delivery from here, expect it to be at your house between 10 minutes and 1 hour. Even if you only live a mile down the road. I should really start picking it up in store, because the food is still very enjoyable.

Delivery fee went way up, nearly $6 now! What? And it took 45 minutes to be delivered? What happened to "freaky fast"? That's the whole schtick. They're chronically understaffed it seems.The employees are helpful and super nice.I won't be giving my business to this location any longer.
I should have read the reviews before I placed a delivery order. Just called as its been 60 min since I placed the order. Hmmm...still at the store. Only 1 driver. I see now that this is common practice for this location. Ugh...Wouldve been nice to know that on the app or somehow. Last time I will place with this location.

Wrong chips and forgot all 3 sides of ranch
The company I work for ordered food last week. We didn't receive our food after over an hour and a half. We called to check the status of the order and they stated they left it on the sidewalk? We went outside and it wasn't there. We called back and a new order was sent out. But again no human interaction? Called today to place an order. Put me on hold. Picked up again and I could hear everything in the background. I asked if someone was there and they proceeded to hang up on me. I called right back and they asked me if we were the ones who ordered last week? I stated yes. The gentleman on the phone responds and says we are not in their delivery route. We are located in Dayton 10 minutes away.... terrible service. Not to mention they get paid to do their job and also received a 20% tip. Don't forget that customers make it possible for you to have a job. We were patient and kind throughout the entire process last week after being treated like an inconvenience. I will never recommend someone to come to this location.

Oder food for pick up paid over the phone! When I went to pick it up the manager said someone already picked my food up! He lied! Then when I called and asked for the manager the manager told me it was another customer and I can come back and they can remake my food and I asked why he couldn’t do that when I was there! So I as for a refund! They gave me my money back! My money was back in my account! Now they being rude when I call! And saying that they don’t serve this number or my area all of a sudden but guess what this is being investigated! I will be taking care of it! And also I’m a business owner and I treat a lot of my clients and workers food here we will stop ? spending our money here !!

I tried in last two days. Jalepeno chicken wrap and thai chicken. A be it love the commercial which got me there. It did not pass. If I want a jalapeno chicken wrap it better have a zing to it some spice there was non. The Thai well the same just a slight hint of Thai in the wrap.Must say though loved the slight crunch in the wrap. By again danm not sure.
