Delivery fee went way up, nearly $6 now! What? And it took 45 minutes to be delivered? What happened to "freaky fast"? That's the whole schtick. They're chronically understaffed it seems.The employees are helpful and super nice.I won't be giving my business to this location any longer.

I should have read the reviews before I placed a delivery order. Just called as its been 60 min since I placed the order. Hmmm...still at the store. Only 1 driver. I see now that this is common practice for this location. Ugh...Wouldve been nice to know that on the app or somehow. Last time I will place with this location.

The food is consistently good. I typically order for delivery which goes well. The last 2 times I decided to eat in at he Champlin location. Both times my sandwich was made by a taller guy with side burns and the attempt at growing a beard. I would use his name but when I asked him for his name on the way out he asked why I needed his name. I simply stated I wanted to make sure to give him credit for the review I was about to write. To this he said "I am not comfortable giving to you!" Unbelievable that this owner would allow him to work in his or her restaurant.Last time I was in got my sandwich and it was pretty dry so I asked for extra mayo. He said there is light mayo on there. I simply asked for extra mayo. He said he can't give me any. I then looked for a packet of mayo to which he said "If you are looking for mayo we are out!' I decided to let it go and eat my dry sandwich and figured he is just having a bad day.Today I was in and the same "gentleman" was making sandwiches. I was ordering from a different guy and ordered #7 again and asked for extra mayo now knowing it comes with light mayo. With an immediate negative attitude he interrupted me to say it comes with mayo. I said i realize that but want extra mayo. I continued ordering from the cashier and ordered extra hot peppers. When I received my sandwich I didn't see many if any at all hot peppers so I walked up and asked for extra peppers, again from somebody else behind the counter. He interrupted again to say "#7 comes with light peppers!" I commented back "that is why I asked for extra peppers."This human being should not interact with people in any job at all!!!!Please fire this jackass!!

Oder food for pick up paid over the phone! When I went to pick it up the manager said someone already picked my food up! He lied! Then when I called and asked for the manager the manager told me it was another customer and I can come back and they can remake my food and I asked why he couldn’t do that when I was there! So I as for a refund! They gave me my money back! My money was back in my account! Now they being rude when I call! And saying that they don’t serve this number or my area all of a sudden but guess what this is being investigated! I will be taking care of it! And also I’m a business owner and I treat a lot of my clients and workers food here we will stop ? spending our money here !!

I tried in last two days. Jalepeno chicken wrap and thai chicken. A be it love the commercial which got me there. It did not pass. If I want a jalapeno chicken wrap it better have a zing to it some spice there was non. The Thai well the same just a slight hint of Thai in the wrap.Must say though loved the slight crunch in the wrap. By again danm not sure.

The company I work for ordered food last week. We didn't receive our food after over an hour and a half. We called to check the status of the order and they stated they left it on the sidewalk? We went outside and it wasn't there. We called back and a new order was sent out. But again no human interaction? Called today to place an order. Put me on hold. Picked up again and I could hear everything in the background. I asked if someone was there and they proceeded to hang up on me. I called right back and they asked me if we were the ones who ordered last week? I stated yes. The gentleman on the phone responds and says we are not in their delivery route. We are located in Dayton 10 minutes away.... terrible service. Not to mention they get paid to do their job and also received a 20% tip. Don't forget that customers make it possible for you to have a job. We were patient and kind throughout the entire process last week after being treated like an inconvenience. I will never recommend someone to come to this location.I'm not the kind of person to leave 1 star reviews as you can see on my profile but this was well deserved.

They were quite busy preparing some pick up orders, including 4 boxes of sandwiches for a single order. Nonetheless, they prepared my sub in good time and I was on my way in a few minutes.They still have the best bread of any subshop I know. Just as importantly, the mayonnaise tastes just like the mayonnaise I use at home, much better than the glue flavored stuff found at some other places.I have no complaints.

After 1.5hr wait for my delivery the driver forgot my drink. I called to see if they could bring it back or give me a refund the manager promised the driver would be back with my drink. I never got the drink or refund. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Good sub. I am a JJ fan and this place makes them as good as any other location. Usually order in the app for pickup and sandwiches are ready when we get there. Step inside, reach over and grab our take out bag and leave. Thanks!

Not freaky fast. Ordered at 12:20pm for delivery so we could eat before my kids game and it is now 1:44pm and still no food. Kid had to leave. Kept thinking it was coming so we didn’t make anything else. I called JJ after one hour and yes they show his order, only one delivery driver. This is not the drivers fault but management issue.
