Was there about 2 days ago and it was completely empty. My partner and I were going to chipotle at first but Leeann Chin just sounded better at the moment. Upon entering the building we noticed it was completely empty. We were then greeted by gentleman that just didn’t look too happy. My partner ordered her food and asked if she could have half noodles and have rice. The gentleman said he could do that but continued to only add noodles and not the rice. As soon as she noticed that she then proceeded to mention that she wanted white rice. He took a deep breath and continue to serve our food. Throughout the whole process it’s just been super bad vibes coming from the gentleman. Maybe he was having a bad day I am not sure but it’s still not right to treat others differently because of how you are feeling. I’m very big when it comes to great customer service but this was not it The cashier that checked us out was very nice and you could tell she felt the tension that the gentleman was putting off. Keep in mind, the place was empty so it’s not like they were super busy. The food wasn’t great either. It lacked flavor, freshness, and wasn’t worth eating. We kind of wish we went to Panda Express….

Work customer service. I walked in and spoke to the attendant and got no response from her. Apparently she was processing an order however no courtesy or just acknowledging my presence and that I will be right with you would have been appreciated. I stopped right out.

Don't use the app unless you are at least 10 minutes away. They will not make food until it prints, and it won't print for 10-15 minutes. Been coming here periodically for many years, this is a recent development. Food is great, location is great, but not as fast food.

I was there at 11:15 in the morning. I ordered the cream cheese wontons, the inside was salty and the outside was soggy. I also had the egg roll it too was very soggy, the fried rice had no flavor except for the bean sprout flavor I can say that I will never go back to this place. Put on a positive note, the servers up front were very helpful and nice.

The food was pretty good! I brought me and my girlfriend here to get some food since we didn’t eat at the movie theater, the person at the front who was serving me was very nice and the food was hot and warm. First time going here and I’d definitely go again!
it bothers me that no one is wearing gloves at this location.and the person serving me had a hang nail. please make your staff wear gloves when handling food
Multiple times I have visited this store and it is the worst one of the franchise I have been to I have been in 20-30 minutes after they open and food isn’t ready yet once it was burnt, over a half hour before close most of the food is gone and they just claim they are about to close 30-45 minutes before closing time I recommend if your craving this find a different store

Place was an absolute mess with containers left out and across the food, pick up order took a very long time and they still forgot food. The service was very slow. Never will return to this location.

It was alright, I've had better. Their soda machine does seem to have some issues with the intensity of the spouts being too high. I'm not a huge fan of the nuts in the fried rice either.Some of the tables were sticky as well as the food trays. The take out lids can be a little tricky sometimes as well, but that's not this locations fault.Overall, this reastarunt isn't for me. But the staff were somewhat nice, at least!
Parking: Shared parking lot with other businesses.
Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic doors, from what I can tell. They did have front row parking near the door, though. I can not recall if there was handicap parking, though.
