Got a deep dish and pretzel pizza today. Opened the box when we got home for the pretzel pizza and it looked nothing like pretzel crust (looked like a thin crust pizza). We got a pretzel pizza just last week from them and it was great!! So we went back to get a new pretzel pizza because we liked the last one so much we wanted to be like the one we had before. The staff was super rude and keep telling us it was suppose to look like that. We had the same pizza last week and this pizza we got today looked nothing like that! Super disappointed in how staff treated us as customers. They wouldnt even remake us a pizza. We tried to pick it up and it fell apart wasnt even complete done. 3/12/21 at 1:30pm.

I have ordered here several times, and every time I ordered a simple pizza.....it's wrong. I have to go back inside and have a new corrected pizza made. The point of calling ahead an order is to avoid sitting in my car waiting 10-15 minutes for them to maky pizza. If you come here. Make sure you have no where to be, and are willing to wait.

Ordered my pizza online, google and the location’s website said they’re open (Tuesday evening about 5 pm). My credit card was charged. Went to pick up my pizza and they were closed!! No answer on the phone of course. Left a message. Better get my money back. WTH!

Here's a thought. If you close a location for Covid 19, particularly the Champlin, MN location, you should probably turn off online ordering. You took my money and I have no pizza to show for it. I am very disappointed with this experience. I do not recommend this pizza establishment to anyone. This is just ridiculous and piss poor customer service.
