Hours online and on the front door say it opens at 5 everyday. It’s almost 6am and there’s not a single person to be found and all the lights are off

This place was discussing, dirty, I came to eat and after 5 minutes decided to leave. Everywhere I looked I saw food all over the place, uncleaned tables, it looked like they don't care to clean this place at all. It's embarrassing how can ran a franchise and trash it so much.

Not the best quarter pounder. The bun seemed not quite fresh. The burger was overcooked with no flavor. Plus, I waited 25 minutes!. However, for my inconvenience, they gave me FREE large fries and apple pie.

They seem to be short staffed regularly. It also seems many times I have been there, that they have no one working the counter, or even acknowledge you.The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

I went through the drive through. I work 3rd shift. Just wanted a hot cup of coffee with some cream. Got to work and went to drink my coffee and it was... Warm Water?!?!?!. Tried calling twice, phone rang and rang then disconnected. Disappointed ☹️

I have had a few bad experiences here, but it’s really close to my house so I keep giving it chances. I’m glad I did because this most recent experience started out not great. I didn’t get the name, but the supervisor on made things right and I truly appreciated it. I understand there are going to be issues and mistakes at any restaurant and how the supervisor handles those situations is make or break for any establishment. Knowing that if there are problems with my orders, they will be fixed definitely makes me more comfortable going back.

Worst customer service ever.

Wow. Where do I start? I’m already in a terrible mood because I’ve had a bad day I just want some fries and nuggets. I took a look at the mobile app and wow look at that; 20 piece meal for 9.99$. Perfect. I drove up to the ordering voice box. I have my drive code ready. A woman asked me if I had a code, I read it to her. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to use the aforementioned deal. She said to activate it and read her the code. I do. My phone says it was used. Perfect. I’m one step closer to eating. Except of course not.

Suddenly a guy is asking me if I’m using the mobile app and I’m genuinely confused because I just did this whole thing. So I read him the code. The giant screen shows a name that is not mine and I’m willing it’s not this guys name because it’s a woman’s name. It says “Jocelyn’s Order”. I then watch as multiple food items like a burger and chicken crisp get rung up. I’m just sitting here flabbergasted because I have no idea what just happened. I tell the guy that I have a deal I had added on. He says I need to give it to him. I said that it was gone because they took it when the last lady took my order. And then, to top it off, a lady in the background said “Ugh make her hurry up god”. Mind you, this ENTIRE interaction with the new guy lasted less than a minute. I was honestly just so appalled I told them to cancel it and I drove off.

I then drove to Culver’s and got myself some fries no problem. This McDonald’s always has staff issues but saying “hurry up” when YOU guys are playing musical headset while I’m trying to get food? That’s crazy.
