They seem to be short staffed regularly. It also seems many times I have been there, that they have no one working the counter, or even acknowledge you.The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

I went through the drive through. I work 3rd shift. Just wanted a hot cup of coffee with some cream. Got to work and went to drink my coffee and it was... Warm Water?!?!?!. Tried calling twice, phone rang and rang then disconnected. Disappointed ☹️

I have had a few bad experiences here, but it’s really close to my house so I keep giving it chances. I’m glad I did because this most recent experience started out not great. I didn’t get the name, but the supervisor on made things right and I truly appreciated it. I understand there are going to be issues and mistakes at any restaurant and how the supervisor handles those situations is make or break for any establishment. Knowing that if there are problems with my orders, they will be fixed definitely makes me more comfortable going back.

Worst customer service ever.

Wow. Where do I start? I’m already in a terrible mood because I’ve had a bad day I just want some fries and nuggets. I took a look at the mobile app and wow look at that; 20 piece meal for 9.99$. Perfect. I drove up to the ordering voice box. I have my drive code ready. A woman asked me if I had a code, I read it to her. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted to use the aforementioned deal. She said to activate it and read her the code. I do. My phone says it was used. Perfect. I’m one step closer to eating. Except of course not.

Suddenly a guy is asking me if I’m using the mobile app and I’m genuinely confused because I just did this whole thing. So I read him the code. The giant screen shows a name that is not mine and I’m willing it’s not this guys name because it’s a woman’s name. It says “Jocelyn’s Order”. I then watch as multiple food items like a burger and chicken crisp get rung up. I’m just sitting here flabbergasted because I have no idea what just happened. I tell the guy that I have a deal I had added on. He says I need to give it to him. I said that it was gone because they took it when the last lady took my order. And then, to top it off, a lady in the background said “Ugh make her hurry up god”. Mind you, this ENTIRE interaction with the new guy lasted less than a minute. I was honestly just so appalled I told them to cancel it and I drove off.

I then drove to Culver’s and got myself some fries no problem. This McDonald’s always has staff issues but saying “hurry up” when YOU guys are playing musical headset while I’m trying to get food? That’s crazy.

Terrible managers there except for the young one named Andrea the other short little manager and the big guy Abraham always rude very hostile they cussed at my fiance and I this morning and tried to argue with us about an order when they knew they were in the wrong but the doubled down and continued to cuss and be rude and call us all kinds of names and apparently a lot of people have had issues with Abraham he needs to be fired immediately there is no excuse for the way he conducts himself and handles situations especially when he knows he is in the wrong he also tried to call the cops on us because he wanted to argue instead of simply fixing our order and actually doing his job please McDonald regional and corporate if you see this feel free to contact me about the issues we’ve had with Abraham and you guys need to fire him immediately he’s very unprofessional rude and tries to intimidate you and when you don’t feel intimidated by him because I know he’s a bluff and a fake tough guy he gets scared and calls the cops or says he’s going to he thinks because he’s big he’s intimidating but that doesn’t scare me because i myself am 6’2” and around 300 lbs

Came here and ordered on the app with no issues. See staff inside and they are no letting me know that they are not open ect but have been here for 20 mins with no communication. I attempt to speak with staff in hopes to get a refund and they are not communicating with me. I essentially got my money taken with no explanation.

Shitty service at this location. Ordered curb side pickup because the app makes you get it to qualify for the deals. Asked the guy bringing the food out if he could bring 2 ice water and he made me get out and go inside. The app doesn't let you order ice waters. The app makes you order curbside but then they can't even serve you curbside without making you go inside. McDonald's is getting dumber everyday.
