Not the best quarter pounder. The bun seemed not quite fresh. The burger was overcooked with no flavor. Plus, I waited 25 minutes!. However, for my inconvenience, they gave me FREE large fries and apple pie.

They seem to be short staffed regularly. It also seems many times I have been there, that they have no one working the counter, or even acknowledge you.The customer service is the worst I have ever seen.

I have had a few bad experiences here, but it’s really close to my house so I keep giving it chances. I’m glad I did because this most recent experience started out not great. I didn’t get the name, but the supervisor on made things right and I truly appreciated it.
