I really wanted to love this place but honestly, it fell short. There weren’t many things in each of the rooms, they could do so much more, or at least have more items in each room. For instance, I’m really surprised there was no microphone in the music room with the stage. The price is really hard to justify for what you’re getting. I have been to similar places and they are much more life like and offer much more.

All that said, the coffee was delicious and my daughter loved the ice cream!

I’m not sure we’ll visit again due to the value for your money - sure, if we lived closer we may, but wouldn’t be somewhere we’d drive 35 mins for again!

I try to go here every week with my daughter. She loves playing in the crawlers area! It’s nice to be able to have her play in a different setting for an hour or two. She always has fun, sometimes we catch other babies there too, but either way, she loves it! And I love that I can get some really yummy coffee to sip on while she plays. The membership is also totally worth it if you plan to go regularly with winter coming up!

Kids absolutely loved it as well as the parents! Great service provided for our 2yr Birthday Party. There’s a little bit of everything to make all ages happy.

We were in town for my husband's business trip. This was a nice and relaxed place to bring the kids.

I got myself a refresher, while my kids played. It was perfect!

This place always feels like a good idea until I go and then I’m reminded how overpriced it is and it’s a bit disappointing. The price was raised even higher for kids 1-9 also, parents and 6 month olds have to pay get in which seems very confusing.

It is a very cute and nicely laid out play space, very handy that there is coffee and snacks available (though those are quite spendy too).

Overall, better than nothing come winter time but I’ll likely choose other options where I don’t have to pay to watch my kid run around.

Very cool place. My 3 and 2 year olds had a lot of fun here. That said, we won’t be going back. I don’t like that parents also have to pay for admission, which is unlike other indoor playgrounds we’ve been to.

The kids had a great time. Plenty of areas to explore and learn about different things. The floor has a couple of padded carpets but is a concrete floor so grippy socks are needed for kids to play. There is an infant area that is completely padded. If your kid doesn't have grippy socks they do have some for purchase. Coffees are similar in price to most coffee shops and tasted pretty good. The snacks are pretty simple snacks you would buy at the store- pre-packaged types. The bathrooms were clean. Facility overall seemed clean. You do have to purchase an adult pass which is half the price of kids, but with a mth pass for a child the adult is free. The music was like R&B on the day we went, not really kids music in my opinion. The gate to the kids area doesnt lock/latch, its just a swinging gate.

Our first time here. I did not get any food but my baby had a great experience, I let her play until SHE was actually ready to go. If you have a toddler, a tiny one at that this is a great place to keep them busy. We will be back for sure.

As out-of-towners, we were excited to try this place cafe. We realize Saturdays of course will be busy, but we honestly surprised by our experience here in comparison to other play cafes we’ve been too. There were several older kids (5+) running around like absolute maniacs while the parent sat outside the play area intensely focused on their phone completely unaware. We had to pull our 18 month out of their path several times. We also watched a sibling brawl break out in the grocery area where pretend food was being tossed all around and a wrestling match ensued. We were glad our kiddo wasn’t in the warpath. All things to consider if bringing your small child here. Beyond this, the entire place was destroyed - toys and items everywhere. I may have missed the part or time when employees stop to clean up as they do in other play cafes, but it was hard to play with much. It also looks like several items were severely worn, which was surprising giving the cost to enter…. There seemed to be maybe 3 people working - one at the cash register who was busy the entire time and 2 other people who were maybe setting up for an event. We were going to give this feedback directly but didn’t have time to wait to tell the one poor employee behind the counter. May have caught the place on a bad time/day so do recommend making your own opinion. As for us, I doubt we’ll be back when they are so many other options. Best of luck to this place.

Not really any service. Have to wait a bit and ding a bell because no one is ever around. Super expensive and charge for over 1 parent to be with their kids. Expensive food and drinks of course no outside service. 40 bucks for 1 kid and 2 parents for 2 hours. Nothing to climb on. Concrete floors throughout so can't run. Have waivers cause of concrete.

We had such a fun time hanging out with family here! Just a heads-up—don’t forget to bring socks! 🙂

The play space is large and thoughtfully designed, with themed rooms that are perfect for little ones to explore. Our 11-month-old had a blast crawling around and playing with the small toys in each room. There’s even a dedicated area for non-walkers, which was perfect for our kiddo.

The concession stand was a pleasant surprise—lots of snacks, coffee, and other treats. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful as we filled out the waiver and asked questions. We enjoyed a few different coffees while our baby explored the play area.

We can definitely see ourselves coming back here for future playdates!
