Cool idea, but it's ridiculously overpriced. My review reflects value. Stop trying to rob parents, establish either signicantly lower prices, or simply require a purchase of food and drink to a certain amount so you can cover costs.
As a family, we love the environment being so safe and friendly for babies and toddlers, while the parents can relax and watch their kids while enjoying a delicious treat! Take a look at our reel to see our experience :) highly recommend!
Too expensive & adults have to pay as well. For the price, we should be able to stay longer.
The concept here is really cute, it’s a good idea overall. But, be ready to pay. Of course children are charged for admission, but adults must pay too. Don’t forget slip grip socks! You’ll have to buy those to enter the play area. Don’t bring snacks! You have to buy theirs, no outside food is allowed.
Overall, they need more items to play with. The grocery area had 8 kids playing in it, only 1 grocery cart, and 1 basket. Most kids were just standing around as there weren’t enough play items.
The post office area had a few beaten up boxes. There were items scattered all around the facility that weren’t in their proper areas, making play less impactful.
I really want to like this place but overall it’s not worth the cost.
Overpriced. Rude owner. Was very disappointed. I was shocked to hear the owner yell at THREE kids in the two hour span I went. I completely understand having rules, but to yell at kids before even talking to them is extreme. I won’t be going back. Completely shocked that an owner of a kids place would have so much instant anger towards kids innocent actions while playing.
A cute, Minnesota themed play place, though there aren't many actual toys for kids to play with. The space could also benefit from a deep clean.
It feels overpriced especially since adults have to pay admission and they give you a two hour time limit.
Coffees are pretty good. Staff is nice.
Been going here a couple times each year for about 2yr now. Kids love it, even though the 6yr old is starting to outgrow it. The price is a bit steep, especially since the attending adult also has to pay (6:50!), but I do understand that businesses have to pay their employees and rent etc...But for that it would be nice to get a free cup of plain coffee at least

plenty of better options to take your kids that won’t charge you as a parent to watch your own kids, not to mention they barely have any toys in this place.
Lots of variety of toys, but staff not friendly, very expensive, and our kids got super sick after playing here

Wonderful concept for a play space. My 3yr old loves coming here. My only issue is charging the parent/caregiver an admission fee.

Nice concept, my baby enjoys the open play. The price is a little spendy but other places charge much more for much less.
Both times we have gone everything seems dirty. It wouldn’t surprise me if they have never wiped down any of the toys. Each time we’ve gone our household has become very sick. Will not be returning for some time (at least through the end of cold and flu season). Staff is made up mostly of teenagers, took 20 minutes to get my coffee one visit because they just left it on the back counter and never put it out for pick up. Each time we have gone it has taken us at least 10 minutes just to check in because the person checking us in stopped helping us and ran around to help others in the middle of our transaction.
With the price they are charging they should at least be able to keep the environment clean and safe for kiddos, especially in the winter. It does not take long to wipe things down for everyone’s health and safety.
Disappointing because like I said, the concept is great but it’s not clean and the staff seem like they all are not 100% sure what they are supposed to be doing all of the time. We go to the children’s museum multiple times a month and have never gotten sick. Goes to show that keeping things clean will go a long way in keeping your customers healthy and returning for more.

Over priced and they make you pay an additional adult fee, which is not included in the price for children. The staff are clearly not trained and customer service is pretty poor. Toys are thrown around everywhere and it’s very chaotic. We will not be returning.

Took my kids here (6, 4 and 18mo) and had an OK time. Fun things to do but in our opinion not worth the price as others have mentioned. After the admission for the kids and adult, we had to pay for socks (not sure why) and also food, it came to $82 for a measly 2 hours of play (which we left early actually). I think there are better options out there.
Worst play cafe experience ever. For how much they charged .. they have not nearly half enough to offer at this place .. adults are charged 5 bucks to go play with their own kids I mean wth ! The staff was very rude about the "Rules" of the place. I was checked for sticker which means I have my fee ..while I was inside the play area with my children.. n I felt like I was definitely stereo typed by the staff . With a bunch of props n pretend play this place doesn't offer much in the first place . U r better off going to childrens museum, at least staff won't judge u or ur children. Secondly we were yelled at n staired down by this weird dude for forgetting to take shoes of, which was a genuine mistake n was corrected instantly... but being treated bad specifically in front of kids by a stranger killed my spirit from an already exhausted day... on top of everything wrong when we just had enough of weird environment.. we saw someone keyed my brand new car. All the way on rear driver side door. Worst experience ever. Thr wasn't any accountability.. no cams or regard when brought into their attention. I mean if this is wat customer means to you then don't run the cafe find something else to do.
Vegetarian options: No healthy snacks to offer.

I came here for the first time and was disappointed from my experience at the register. They charge for adults which I find extremely unnecessary. If you are going to charge $5 per adult- please allow them to bring inside their own beverage. We aren’t allowed any drinks or outside snacks. (Except water). I spent around $80 for 4 little ones and 2 adults.. had to buy 3 pairs of kids socks and 1 pair of adult. My sister in laws sticker was covered so she got upset that one of the owners asked if she had checked in (we were there for already over an hour). It just wasn’t a great experience. I’m used to going to indoor play places that allow my coffee and kids snacks. I also have been to the children’s museum that has a similar set up but it has a lot more to play with.
