Bought two family-sized pizzas today. One was a Papa's Favorite and the other was an All-Meat. First of all, there was no sausage on the All-Meat, and very little pepperoni and ground beef. They were very selfish with their toppings on both pizzas. We've been buying Papa Murphy's pizza for 15 years, and this was the first time I've ever really felt ripped off. I'll never go to this site again. I ordered through the app and wish now that I hadn't tipped. That's the problem with tipping before any service is received.

I ordered on the app for pick up, when I arrived all the staff was so friendly greeting me and maintaining conversation while I got my pizzas. Definitely will be back! Always appreciate good customer service!!!

I ordered cheesy bread and a pizza for pickup. When I got home I realized they didn’t put one of the two toppings on my pizza and the cheesy bread was labeled as best by 5 days prior…not impressed.

We order from Papa Murphy’ fairly often and have really liked the pizzas, but this order was a big disappointment. I think they completely left off the cheese except for some sprinkled on top. Black olives covered the surface & we had to hunt for any other ingredients except pepperoni. (Cowboy pizza) Hopefully this was a onetime problem.
