Tonight I placed an order at 6:06 and at 7:17. I called to find out where my pizza was. They say that they now paired up with t DoorDash to deliver my pizza and because it's cash they don't wanna come pick it up but the crazy thing is that no one called me to let me know this at all so we just sit here and wait and wait for our food to come, but I have to call them to see where my food is. So I'm assuming the manager answers the phone and he's making 300 different excuses to me that I don't care to hear when I order from them at least once a week. They obviously don't care about their customers if they return or not. That's OK I'll take my business elsewhere Pizza Hut, Champlin.

I messed up big time ordering my pizza online tonight. I don’t know what I was thinking but I put the wrong house number and phone number. After the time passed that I should have received my pizza, I realized my mistake and was about to call the store when there was a knock at my door, it was my favorite delivery driver! After some investigative work, he figured out it was my pizza! He gave me a hard time, we laughed and I apologized because it was definitely on me! The pizza was of course still hot and fresh like always.

Food was good but really terrible customer service from the lady at the front counter. I picked up an order and she proceeds to ask if I want to tip, with a huge attitude. She made it known that I could have tipped online… no thanks. That’s like tipping at McDonald’s. Rather spend my money elsewhere.

When it was a cash order, they had no problem delivering near closing hours and it was about an hour before they closed. So enough time. When I had to change it to a card, they canceled my order. After running my card. They did refund it, but I'd rather have the pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Seems like they just kind of don't want to do their job.

Messed up my order and didn’t help fix it and said it was my loss
Messed up our entire order. Didn’t even cut the “wrong pizza” and messed up everything else. Customer service is a joke. They blamed the delivery company. No wonder Pizza Hut store locations are dropping like flies. Absolute joke. If a real person could answer and actually deal with their screw up - that would be enough for me. Thanks Pizza Hut. Ever heard of the word accountability? Will never again think of this place.

Used the Pizza Hut app. They partnered with DoorDash for delivery. Doordasher lied and said it was handed to me. Tipped $10 and lost $30+ by not getting any food. Doordasher lied about having trouble finding the hotel.

Just like another review I to got charged for a tip. And I always make sure in the tip option if I'm not going to tip I will write a zero and a line through it. Well I guess that doesn't matter cause this place will steal regardless. Not very happy. I didn't tip due to the fact I drove from another city to come and pick my food up. If it would have been delivered of course that would have been another story. We'll now I know to go back to dominos or papa johns. PS GREAT PIZZA BUT NOT GREAT ENOUGH TO STEAL FROM ME!

Pizza Hut - Champlin, MN - ordered online in a snow storm and there was a glitch and upon arrival noticed both of my pizzas were cheese only. I looked at receipt and medium showed pepperoni yet they sent us with a cheese and than on the large my app shows large pepperoni yet she said her side shows cheese and did not care about app and wanted us to wait for not only their mess up but charge us again or double to remake large. Again it’s snowing and I have a little girl with me. This is not cool and I rarely give harsh reviews. I would recommend going to a local pizzeria or order somewhere else but Pizza Hut has most its touch.
