Used the Pizza Hut app. They partnered with DoorDash for delivery. Doordasher lied and said it was handed to me. Tipped $10 and lost $30+ by not getting any food. Doordasher lied about having trouble finding the hotel.

Just like another review I to got charged for a tip. And I always make sure in the tip option if I'm not going to tip I will write a zero and a line through it. Well I guess that doesn't matter cause this place will steal regardless. Not very happy. I didn't tip due to the fact I drove from another city to come and pick my food up. If it would have been delivered of course that would have been another story. We'll now I know to go back to dominos or papa johns. PS GREAT PIZZA BUT NOT GREAT ENOUGH TO STEAL FROM ME!

ordered online in a snow storm and there was a glitch and upon arrival noticed both of my pizzas were cheese only. I looked at receipt and medium showed pepperoni yet they sent us with a cheese and than on the large my app shows large pepperoni yet she said her side shows cheese and did not care about app and wanted us to wait for not only their mess up but charge us again or double to remake large. Again it’s snowing and I have a little girl with me. This is not cool and I rarely give harsh reviews. I would recommend going to a local pizzeria or order somewhere else but Pizza Hut has most its touch.

I have been charged 3 times for my pizza order from 1-2-2025. I was charged 49.97 twice and I just looked at my account and am being charged 4164 on 1-4-2025. I called last night and the manager told me to wait a couple of days and call back, so I called my bank and I was charged 2 times for the same transaction. This has impacted my bank account very negatively. I now have 100. 00 in overdraft fees. I had other bills to come out and they have been reversed. I am not sure if someone was trying to steal my money or what the deal was. There is a lot of fraud and stealing of peoples information. I am now having trust issues with this location Champlin,MN and am very disappointed on how the manager handled this situation. Basically she said it’s not my problem just wait and see??? I work very hard for my money and have 2 children to take care of. I depend and budget my account at all times. Hopefully someone will take this seriously.

We had an online order for over $100 and had some items missing. When we called, it seems PH has a call center and not directly to store so overall was frustrating. I went to the store and their employee Mai went above and beyond to take care of me. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have no problem with Champlin Pizza
Hut, but dint call an order a pizza, the phone ordering people do not speak English, and they ordered a gluten free pizza, and pizza hut dies not serve gluten free

I placed an order on 3/29/24, around 9pm, for carry out. A few days later I received an email from my bank about a 33% tip. The front counter representative chose to write in their own tip, and likely has done this numerous times.While I enjoyed the food overall, I don’t enjoy having the restaurant steal from me when I picked up the order myself.

I came here a few days ago, food was meh, it was alright. Service sucked. Really bad. We ordered the pizza over the phone and we asked them not to cut it but they cut it anyways, and they insisted we still take the pizza even though we wanted it not cut. I had to call my brother to talk to him so he can make it again, FINALLY!! He did remake it. He asked us if we wanted the old pizzas still i said sure why not, i can double it. His coworker comes by and throws it away shortly after. We were so shocked!! And the shop also didnt work on the atmosphere so just forget all about that, that one is gonna get 1 star no matter what.
