The crew working today was so kind and knowledgeable on all my questions. Please leave a commandment to my helper today. On my receipt it says his name is Joe. A very nice experience!

Drove 30 minutes to get here and realize the online hours are wrong, says 7 pm online and got there at 620 pm and it's closed. So rude and inconsiderate to not update your hours so people aren't wasting there time driving for nothing
Great place to get meat, also a nice variety of tasty homemade frozen meals. Good jerky and beef sticks too.

Great variety of meat and special products. Picked up marinated chicken and beef kabobs. Excellent. Friendly and attentive service. Very clean store.
Always friendly and helpful. Nice to still have a local butcher.

I’ve been to this meat counter 3 times in the last 6 months. The first and second time was for bacon and it was terrible. Each time. Which surprised me bc I moved here last year from pequot lakes and would frequent the location in Baxter. Loved it every time. I’ve loved Van Hansons for many years so I didn’t want to write this place off completely and tried one last time. Getting burgers, wieners, potato salad, macaroni salad and some skewers. Got home had one less burger in the package than displayed and the potato salad tasted like it had the salmon smeared in. I didn’t buy salmon. The bacon both times was gross. I mean gross. I didn’t finish either of the LBs I purchased and will never be returning to this counter. 3 strikes you are out. By far the worse meat counter I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping at. Shame on you

Super nice & helpful. Meat cutter Ryder & his team were extremely helpful & professional. We will definitely return to Von Hanson’s for our future needs.
Great selection!!! Awesome service!!! I've stopped a few times over last couple months , counter staff is very helpful and friendly and always answers my questions. Also have gluten-free options.
