I went through the drive-thru and sat in the parking lot to eat. My sandwich was cold and the bun was hard. Mozzarella sticks were also cold. This is my 4th time at this location and the food is consistently pretty bad.

The food was well prepared and very good. The atmosphere was decent, clean and had plenty of seating. I especially liked the variety of sauces and large drink station (which seems like they have the lines cleaned and keep the syrup levels correct) . Arby's always has some of my favorite sandwiches. I wish corporate (not this store) wouldn't mess with the pricing like they do, it wastes my time. I received an email for $2.50 classic roast beef sandwiches, but found out it is online orders only. Then I sign up, install the app, and find out it's only for one sandwich! What a waste of time... I just ordered at the store and the food was tasty.
Something has changed and this is now an awesome Arby’s! I’ve fine recently about five times and the people are super nice, very professional, and the food is great! Most Arby’s nowadays seem to cheat you in the roast beef, this restaurant doesn’t. They are the only Arby’s near me that I will be using going forward.
