Something has changed and this is now an awesome Arby’s! I’ve fine recently about five times and the people are super nice, very professional, and the food is great! Most Arby’s nowadays seem to cheat you in the roast beef, this restaurant doesn’t. They are the only Arby’s near me that I will be using going forward.

Went to the drive thru and the lady working it was so sweet, attentive, and personable I had to call and get her name just to call her out in a review. Cheryl just brought the biggest smile to my face. I wish every customer service experience I had was like the one I had today with Cheryl.
I go to get take out food from Arby’s in Chaska, MN and am always pleased with the timely service and good food. Lauren is so friendly and attentive to detail, she is great!

Wow the size of the food sure has shrunk. The jalapeño poppers are less than half the size they used to be. The sliders are smaller than a white castle hamburger.
