Most of the staff here are super friendly and so full of smiles you can not help but smile as well. The place is clean, and the self serive condiments area was well stocked and clean as well.And I have never had any issues with the food quality.
Consistently closes 15-20 minutes before their posted closing time.Response - In these scenarios there are always employees inside cleaning up for the day, due to them deciding to close early. It's not because I didn't know the store hours.

Jkwan? was swearing in the headset, i found black curly hair in my curly fries, and my coke was flat. The food was terrible. I feel offended they have these THUGS working at such a classic food joint. I'm just... disappointed. Sincerely, sad.

I normally don’t go out of my way to write reviews unless I’ve had a fantastic experience. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Cheryl. This is my second time at this location and she deserves a major kudos/callout! You can tell Cheryl loves her job and cares about the customers! She’s always friendly and extremely helpful! If we lived in a world with more Cheryl’s, it would definitely be a better place. Great jobs Arby’s for hiring such a ray of sunshine!

We (2) walked in to order from counter...only ones there. 5-6 employees saw us but kept helping drive thru. 1 finally acknowledged our presence and said it would be a minute more...10 minutes went by so we walked out. Will NEVER go again
