Met here for Chaska Coffee With A Cop. Had a cold Strawberry Shaky thing that was refreshing and very tasty. And then we had a great meeting with the Cop and several people from the city and county. Thanks for hosting Caribou!

Here's what's good: work here for 2 and 1/2 years under seven different managers and never climb the corporate chain. Do the basic things well and grow to know and love regulars.
They seem to continuously get my order wrong even when I order ahead online, which is really unfortunate for me because there are some things in some drinks that I just *can't* have due to restrictions. Today they "remade" my drink for me, but it still had the pieces in it from the original drink - which tells me they didn't *really* remake it, they just scooped out most of what I said I can't have and left me with a drink that still had remaining stuff that -again- I can't have :/Really disappointed in that whole ordeal alone, and probably will be looking for a different location to order at from now on because more than one time of this -especially two days in a row- is just really sad and frustrating as a customer :(

No one ever greets you. Staff is totally focused on the drive thru and pick up orders and ignores walk-in customers. There’s no we will be with you in a moment or a thanks for waiting. In person customers are second rate. Very slow
People that work there are super nice.
