Can't say for takeout but I dine in and its been great everytime. Food is fresh and service is friendly. I get a salad and they grab the actual salad mix rather than the shredded lettuce

$13 a bowl, steak, can't beat that. A McDonald's breakfast costs just as much but you get nothing 😔. One bad thing about Chipotle is you can't call them. They will put you through an automated process and you will never ever get a hold of that specific restaurant, in MN

I placed a pick-up order for a salad with chicken, black beans, cheese and salsa. I got a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese and salsa. Please just take your time and get it right. I'd rather wait for my order than eat something I didn't want.

I’ve visited the Chipotle in Chaska several times, and my experience has been a mix of positives and areas where there’s definitely room for improvement. The location is convenient, and the staff is usually friendly, but the consistency of the food and service can vary quite a bit depending on the day and time.
On the plus side, I appreciate the variety of menu options and the freshness of the ingredients when everything is prepped well. The guacamole, fajita veggies, and sofritas are my go-to picks, and the flavors are usually solid. The portion sizes are decent most of the time, though I’ve noticed they can be smaller during busy rushes, which feels disappointing for the price point.
The cleanliness of the dining area is hit or miss. On some visits, the tables and floor have been clean, but other times, I’ve noticed sticky tables, overflowing trash bins, and a lack of napkins stocked at the station. It’s something that could definitely be improved with more frequent upkeep.
One thing I do like is how easy the mobile ordering system is to use—though, like many locations, sometimes the online orders aren’t ready exactly at the promised time, so it’s worth building in a few extra minutes just in case.
All in all, this Chipotle is a convenient option if you’re in the Chaska area and craving a burrito bowl or tacos, but I’d like to see more consistency in food prep, portion sizes, and overall cleanliness. Hopefully, with some attention to these areas, it can become a more reliable and enjoyable spot for a quick, fresh meal.
