I placed a pick-up order for a salad with chicken, black beans, cheese and salsa. I got a burrito bowl with white rice, chicken, cheese and salsa. Please just take your time and get it right. I'd rather wait for my order than eat something I didn't want.

I’ve visited the Chipotle in Chaska several times, and my experience has been a mix of positives and areas where there’s definitely room for improvement. The location is convenient, and the staff is usually friendly, but the consistency of the food and service can vary quite a bit depending on the day and time.
On the plus side, I appreciate the variety of menu options and the freshness of the ingredients when everything is prepped well. The guacamole, fajita veggies, and sofritas are my go-to picks, and the flavors are usually solid. The portion sizes are decent most of the time, though I’ve noticed they can be smaller during busy rushes, which feels disappointing for the price point.
The cleanliness of the dining area is hit or miss. On some visits, the tables and floor have been clean, but other times, I’ve noticed sticky tables, overflowing trash bins, and a lack of napkins stocked at the station. It’s something that could definitely be improved with more frequent upkeep.
One thing I do like is how easy the mobile ordering system is to use—though, like many locations, sometimes the online orders aren’t ready exactly at the promised time, so it’s worth building in a few extra minutes just in case.
All in all, this Chipotle is a convenient option if you’re in the Chaska area and craving a burrito bowl or tacos, but I’d like to see more consistency in food prep, portion sizes, and overall cleanliness. Hopefully, with some attention to these areas, it can become a more reliable and enjoyable spot for a quick, fresh meal.

Just was here less than 10 minutes ago. Paid for chips and ask for extra sauce and no chips or sauce were in my bag big disappointment.

I have been to chipotle since those college years and now I’m 43, needless to say countless times. This happened at the chaska, MN location by Costco, in the plaza with McDonald’s and Starbucks. I get my typical chicken bowl and the associate scoops barely a shallow scoop of chicken. I asked her can you add a little more since the scoop wasn’t even full at all. Her response was, they are told they cannot and the only way to add more is buying double chicken. This is insane, because chipotle’s philosophy was always based on you could ask for a little more if deemed not appropriate. On top of that, I also got a kids chicken taco meal, and guess what… that had more chicken than my own bowl. Complete disappointment, I will not be returning to this location.
Ordered a double honey chicken bowl, received bits of regular chicken and bits of shredded beef with 3 other ingredients I did not order. Be careful ordering online here, I have not received an accurate one. Eating here is an easy way to potentially kill your appetite. Go to chanhassen

I placed a mobile order for pick-up and when I got it home it was not my order. I live 20 min from the store so had to drive back to get my order. The manager was extremely rude and they must have recognized their mistake when I had left the first time and then tried to send me home with the order which had now been made over an hour ago. I asked them to remake the food and all I got was attitude. Even a sarcastic remark about my long drive. So disrespectful. I will not patronize this location again!

We had to stop in early (about 11am) to purchase lunch to go. And ate the food at our final location immediately, roughly NLT 11:30.
2 bowls and a burrito. None of us could finish our meals after a few bites. The food seemed rotten, like it was leftover from the night prior. All of us agreed we didn't want to get sick pressing our luck and threw it all away.
The service while we were there was nice and we all had a good laugh while they prepared our food. So nothing negative to report there.
Bottom line the food just seemed old and disgusting - much like it was leftovers from before. Definitely not fresh.
